Service and food exceptional. Not sure why it's called Bisteccatoscana as the steaks are all Irish angus. All cooked to your individual preference. Wonderful selection of starters & an enormous Italian wine selection. Without doubt the best steak restaurant in Pistoia. Prior to eating here I thought the restaurant Rafanelli was excllent... but..it can't compare bistecca toscana.. It costs half the price & their is no comparison to the service or the steak

Discovered this place in 2015, after all these years the quality never dropped, the food is always amazing, very filling portions, amazing perfectly cooked meat, beautiful wine to pair (I generally ask for suggestions and they never disappoint), kind and friendly staff will guide you through the menu. And you can see your meat being cooked live on tv! I always try to stop here when I'm visiting family in Italy, strongly recommended!

Delicious food and an incredibly well cooked steak. Nothing fancy here, just a great meal, good wine, and friendly people. If you're ever in Tuscany and can get to pistoia, it's a must visit. Just make sure to bring an appetite

This must be the best beef I have eaten my whole life. In fact, I am sure I will never eat a better steak than this. If you visit Pistoia, this is the best place to eat. If you want to eat the best steak just visit Pistoia. There is no menu. They just bring you a dish of starters and then they bring you the steak with some side dishes. And as some people comment on the price, it is regularly priced for what you are eating. And if you take into account the quality then it is very cheap.

It's a fixed menu but everything was delicious. It's was definitely a good experience and it's enough food to knock you out with a nap for the rest of the day.

The restaurant is destinguished by nice service for its staff, good quality of food and price ratio. Also the location of the restaurant is excellent, a few minutes near the city center and the main attractions.

Giving this rating just for friendliness. Oj our way to Bologna we stopped over in Pistoia to eat. We found this place and it looked great but unfortunately they were fully booked. Too bad for us two walk-ins! We asked if there was another place in town to eat and the owner (I think) not only advised us a (great!) place (Gian Burrasca), he called to book us a table as well and provided clear instructions on how to get there. Everything with a smile the whole time. It made our evening not only easier but we had a delicious meal as well!

Great experience watching the Tuscan steak cooked to order. Sides were delicious and the service was wonderful. The flat rate for the meal was extremely reasonable.

Lovely Suprise, beautiful steak house in Tuscan style, great stuff and atmosphere, juicy meat and side dishes, highly recommended if u want to taste a local steak cooked by a meat lover in traditional style.
