A tour company that has a fully fledged vehicle valet service besides Fuel station. a fairly long que of vehicles at the fuel pumps on mist evenings. the staff is courteous and have seen them employed for many years which speaks of a good and fair management.

Friendly customer service is there and Saman who is the supervisor always provides better personalized service. Location has been renovated and feel much comfortable. Charges are also much reasonable. They have separate garage for mechanical repairs nearby. Can have everything under one roof.

Based on corporate customer me ( from alpha orient lanka to dufry int ) to which company I worked for long years this particular rajagiriya tours and transport was the highest rank in catering their tremendous and friendly service with elasticity for the customers demands as the MD and (founder )was the leader and displayed his coaching . Went to this place to have a service for my car in Saturday 2.30PM and told they are busy. So if you need their service it's better to arrange a appointment early.

They not cheating like other service centres. Large Lobby, toilets also good and clean. Plain tea making facility is available. Credit cards accepted. Sampath ATM and supermarket are located next to this place.

Good vehicle renting place in the country

Despite an appointment which was confirmed multiple times and even by phone the night before, the driver and car did not appear at 8:00 am. The excuse? They could not find the driver. I had to take an Uber and get the car myself and drive myself. No driver. Had many appointments that day which had to be cancelled. The vehicle itself had lots of dents and scratches, the sunroof did not work, cruise control did not work, the suspension was creaking, the engine made lots of strange noises and the wheels would vibrate pretty badly. Then they charged me a 3% bank fee (credit card fee) which they did not mention before. I think this is illegal. They give you a vehicle with an empty fuel tank and to add insult to injury the vehicle could not be taken out of the their car park because it was blocked by a sewage truck. The offices are also dark and dingy with broken tile and what not. And watch out if you have any dents or scratches when you return the vehicle. It will cost you lots. You have to make a Police Report, call the insurance company and sort it yourself. I should have known the trouble when their e-mails did not work and website was down many times. Better to pay a little more and go with a better company. It will work out cheaper in the long run.

Good Service, a fleet with a range of vehicles from mini hatch-backs to luxury sedans. Separate sales people are available for reservations. The downside is you can't get a vehicle instantly as most of the time they are occupied. You'll have to reserve in advance at least in a week.
