Despite
an
appointment
which
was
confirmed
multiple
times
and
even
by
phone
the
night
before,
the
driver
and
car
did
not
appear
at
8:00
am.
The
excuse?
They
could
not
find
the
driver.
I
had
to
take
an
Uber
and
get
the
car
myself
and
drive
myself.
No
driver.
Had
many
appointments
that
day
which
had
to
be
cancelled.
The
vehicle
itself
had
lots
of
dents
and
scratches,
the
sunroof
did
not
work,
cruise
control
did
not
work,
the
suspension
was
creaking,
the
engine
made
lots
of
strange
noises
and
the
wheels
would
vibrate
pretty
badly.
Then
they
charged
me
a
3%
bank
fee
(credit
card
fee)
which
they
did
not
mention
before.
I
think
this
is
illegal.
They
give
you
a
vehicle
with
an
empty
fuel
tank
and
to
add
insult
to
injury
the
vehicle
could
not
be
taken
out
of
the
their
car
park
because
it
was
blocked
by
a
sewage
truck.
The
offices
are
also
dark
and
dingy
with
broken
tile
and
what
not.
And
watch
out
if
you
have
any
dents
or
scratches
when
you
return
the
vehicle.
It
will
cost
you
lots.
You
have
to
make
a
Police
Report,
call
the
insurance
company
and
sort
it
yourself.
I
should
have
known
the
trouble
when
their
e-mails
did
not
work
and
website
was
down
many
times.
Better
to
pay
a
little
more
and
go
with
a
better
company.
It
will
work
out
cheaper
in
the
long
run.
