    Come around 5:00 a.m. to buy fresh fish. Bring grocery bags,shopping bags or ice buckets to buy fish. Because vendors do not have bags.

    Any kind of fish can be bought here at cheaper price. But the main issue is spot is too stinky. Not much tidy.

    Great place to buy fishes in Negombo. But you've got to bargain a lot when you make a deal. Also, you should have quite good knowledge to determine whether the fishes are fresh or not. Normally, fresh ones are a bit more expensive than others.

    This place has fresh fish (days catch) in the evenings. Prices are low but one has to buy the whole fish. There are persons to cut the fish that one bought.

    Its a whole sale fish market in negombo for day to day prices. Morning and evening can have fresh fish what unloaded from the fishing boats and trollers.the lowest price at the day according to the supplies.

    A great place to pick up some really Fresh Fish straight off the fishing boats. A bit smelly and bloody all over. But I guess you have to put up with it. I just love the place I go there every Saturday.
