my
first
day
at
Resistance
Gym,
I
was
instructed
to
do
push-ups
and
pull-ups.
Initially,
I
struggled
and
could
only
manage
one
pull-up,
and
my
push-up
form
was
incorrect.
However,
after
attending
Resistance
Gym
for
the
past
three
months,
my
experience
has
been
exceptional.
With
Trainer
Gowtham's
guidance,
I
have
made
significant
progress.
I
can
now
perform
6-7
pull-ups
and
push-ups
with
proper
form.
Additionally,
I
have
successfully
lost
around
5-6kg.
The
gym's
environment
is
welcoming
and
motivating,
and
the
supportive
staff
members,
including
Shakir,
Ashok,
Durryan,
and
Infaz,
have
been
invaluable.
Gowtham's
personal
support,
along
with
the
dedication
of
the
other
trainers,
has
played
a
crucial
role
in
my
physical
and
mental
fitness
journey.
Gowtham
stands
out
for
his
exceptional
care
and
support.
The
gym
is
well-equipped
and
well-maintained,
although
they
mostly
avoid
using
air
conditioning.
They
believe
that
training
without
it
is
beneficial.
Overall,
I
highly
recommend
Resistance
Gym
to
anyone
seeking
a
transformative
fitness
experience.
