Good variety of food. Soups are also good. Drums of heaven should be tried if you’re non-veg. For veg chilli paneer is good. Value for money.

A good family restaurant that offers great food and warm atmosphere. The staff is very polite and courteous. Wide range of food delicacies are available to choose from. Personally loved their Banta Lemonade and Tutti Frutti Sundae. Must try! ❤️

Although we have visited this place many times but we tend to order from this place quite often.Everytime we order food from here it always taste yummier than earlier. All the items we have tried are quite fascinating but i am fan of snacks mostly and also not to forget soups(manchow soup). This place is customer friendly and suitable for all family functions and to go out with friends. Dahi ke shole is a must try item in menu. Worst restaurant in north west delhi. Every time i order them anything, the staff says they will deliver in 45 mins, but everytime they take around 2 hours to deliver the food. Can't keep my guests waiting for food.

U dobt her the feel of fine dining restaurant now. No table covers, no mats, no napkin. Everything replaced . Seems to b bcaz of Covid but when u r allowing mask free, standards needs to b taken care. They dont have bowls to serve dal. The stewards are washing them and bringing it again. Meet has ruined it seems and trying to earn more and doing cost cutting. The rates are higher as always but not at the cost of fine dining.

The food is good here but expensive compared to quantity they provide but quality is good. Highly packed woth families its a good family restaurant. Dal makhni was tasty. Expected better from palak kofte which was nothing but onion pakode made in besan and dipped in palak. Stuff paratha was bad and naan were good.

Poor and STALE BAKERY Products.... Could not Expect such food from PIKWIK SHAKTI VIHAR, NEW DELHI 110034. PAID WHATEVER THEY DEMANDED... BUT FOUND HARD, STALE AND STINKING PASTRIES.

Food is good, staff is polite & fast but the restaurant imposes service charges on the bill, if you are aware then they might wave off the same on request. Technically service charges are not right if you are taking all the required taxes from the guest

I have ordered two paneer tikka from 2 different outlets (1 from pikwik shakti vihar outlet and 2nd from Rohini Branch). I waited for that parcels but After 1 hr zomato executive called me and said your order is cancelled from both outlets because Pikwik has given rhe order to another bike rider . And then they said ur ordered is cancelled . I was waiting from 1 hr my guest are waiting too . its very insulting for me. Plz dont buy from zomato as well as Pikwik they are fraud and cheaters.

It was a wonderful and satisfying experience with the dishes prepared by an expert chef as per customised instructions. Chilli paneer, soya chilli, manchurian dry and spring rolls were really delicious with good amount of semi cooked onions in Delhi style, although oil content and spices could have been reduced. In the last Tutti fruti icecream in a glass was really appreciated by children, it contained roasted nuts and fruits as well, prepared nicely.

Cute little restaurant, perfect for family or spending some quality time with ur partner. It gives total hill station vibes. The wooden interior and everything and the view from the window, it just feels ur in some hill station. Now coming to the food. It was extremely good quality and tasty. We had- soya malai chap 5/5 Paneer butter masala 5/5 Navratan korma 4/5 Butter naan and tandoori roti 5/5. The bill came 2000 which is a bit high for 2 persons. But it provides a fine dining experience so its understandable. The service was good and prompt. Overall a great place. Must visit.

I've been coming here ever since I was a kid and the food, quality and service levels remain excellent. I would rather give them 10/5 if I could ! Chicken butter masala is to die for.

Went to pikwik after an year and it used to be one of our favorite place as the food was quite good before the pandemic hit.Went there for a kitty and the menu was quite elaborate but the taste is not as good as it used to be. The staff was quite hospitable. The biggest struggle is to find a parking spot

Food is very good. But their Manager N S Rawat is very rude.It spoiled my experience of last 20 year.Staff like Rawat is spoiling name of Pikwik. Dear Pikwik please look into the matter.

If I could have rated separately the starters were good , would have given 4.3 star but the main course was below standard as far as taste is considered.

Updating the review after having dinner there .. Slower has been the service. The quality of food is still good.. but messed up items ordered.

I would like to give 5 star for food but the waiting time is so tiring despite booking and informing them in advance. It must be improved as there are many restaurants out there, people visit this restaurant for taste and they should understand that guest time is valuable.
