Dont go to this place, dont go. Rooms are really nasty and they will ask you more money if you will book room online. Every room has smell and leakage problem. Beds are broken and very uncomfortable. Staff is very rude. Bathroom gates are broken. Sheets are very dirty and smelly.

Very bad experience from staff. They stranded us in the street for 2 hours .they never gave us room even after booking online.

worst service .. we went at 2:00 AM on 12/12/21 for a room which was pre-booked on OLA by phone request. when we reached there some police person was sleeping there and reception person was drunk and they refused to give us the room. we had to search for a room in the middle of the night and had to stay ay much higher price at city park hotel Pitampura OYO ROOMS COMPANY and this hotel has robbed me of my money and peace of mind

Fraud check in and check out time before reached hotel, no hotel support no oyo costumer care support only fraud I just feel looted they loot my money . I recommend you never use oyo application and oyo hotels

There is a electricity generator in hotel, still when light went out they did not turn it on and so, during our stay we had to stay up all night. The staff was well mannerd. And the rooms were very cleaned. I feel very secure there. And the food quality was best for my kids. That hotel was cleaned.

It was relatively safe, staff is well mannered, it's has a seperate place to work/eat, every floor has a balcony for smoke, etc. Rooms and beds are spacious and clean. Location is also very easily accessible, autos and cab drop you in front of the hostel.

Booked this hotel yesterday they are asking to do walk-in for extra money and they refuse to give the room that i booked from oyo .I raised a complaint regarding this to oyo and they said do check-in and they will refund the extra amount let's see they are refunding it or not. Also i see reception guy is rude to those who refuse to give him the extra money

I don’t know why it is 3 star and how it is first a fall when I booked a room through Agoda and after reaching over there they are demanding a three times the actual money and the staff was so rude and dirty. I would never suggest anyone to go over there.and by chance if you are going with the family then then worst mistake I can’t tell over here very indecent and pathetic things are happing over there.

This hotel is really amazing 😍 for party and special occasion,the staffs are well behaved they treat well 🤗, foods are really too good, specially for kids I'm damn sure they will really love it 😍,at last but not least the bed rooms of the hotel is really really wonderful, simply go for it 💜
