The seats are not that comfortable but it's nice to go for a movie.

Not enough leg space in Row's. My knees started to hurt after I spent 15 to 20 minutes. I could not enjoy the movie that day. I surely will not suggest anybody to go to the movie in M2K. It is suitable for only low height people. You can get better at low cost movie tickets with a better sitting plan in another big screen theatre. Worst experience and waste of money also.

Today I had a worst experience, I had a movie booking for 8.20 pm on October 23, 2023. I m writing this complaint at 10.00 pm stating that my entry was denied because of a bag i was carrying. They said you can arrange your own we can't help you. It is late night show, no other shops were open to take my bag. So please upgrade your customer services. What today happened, i cant forget. It is a worst place to go. I really would never recommend it.
