Disgusting hospital, the dirtiest one of my life. I strongly suggest never visit this hospital. All staff from the top to bottom is pathetic.

This is the condition of their private room which costs 4400 a day, they have a roaches problem, you will see lots and lots of cockroach roaming the room and even on a patient bed. Holes in the wall. They gave us the room without even cleaning it before. No basic amenities provided. The call to nurse button beside bed is broken and you have to go to reception every time. For a mug in the bucket, they provide you with a plastic bottle cut from half. Doctors here doesn't even have manners to talk to patient and his family. I don't know what are they charging this much for. Please avoid going to this hospital. Most unhygienic and dirtiest place I have ever seen, not recommended at all.

Very bad behaviour of staff. If you cannot take care of yourself 90 percent of the time, please do not visit this hospital. Also, when asked by me why they are not using the gloves and mask for handling the patient, staff person replied "arrange for us if you want us to use gloves and mask or take care of yourself". During this pandemic when everyone must pay attention to hyigene, this private hospital who charge a lot of money from their patients expect that patient carries gloves and mask with them for hospital staff.

Excellent Treatment and Hospitality in budget , Recommended to those who are looking good Doctor and treatment in lower budget. My brother got Gallbladder stone removal surgery a few days ago. We must Thanks to Dr.Gaurav Bansal and his team .Spacially like to mention few dedicated staff like Sister Dipti ,sister Roop and Krishna in opd. I recently had to visit this hospital for medical treatment and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've ever had. Doctor never visited on time, and I was left waiting for hours without any update or explanation. The washrooms were dirty and unhygienic, which was very disappointing considering it's a hospital where cleanliness should be a top priority. Furthermore, the behavior of the staff was very unprofessional and inadequate. I found them to be rude and unhelpful, which only added to the stress of the situation. To make matters worse, my treatment was delayed, causing further anxiety and frustration. Overall, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. The lack of timely medical care, unclean facilities, and unprofessional staff make it an unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience for patients in need of medical care.

We had a cute baby girl under supervision of Dr Roma bansal in navjeevan hospital.. Baby and mother both are healthy..staff is very supportive and facilities are also ok.. I would recommend Dr Roma bansal for pregnancy cases.

Cleaning Facilities are zero.... Cockroaches in washroom..... No bath Facilities in private AC Room..... Only 1 Nursing staff on 1 whole Floor.... I am admitted in Navjeevan hospital for URS treatment. Surgery went well as Doctor Anil Aggarwal is one of the best Urologist hospital have. Nursing staff, Admission staff and billing staff is good but unfortunately the hospital is lacking on top most priority which is cleanliness and hygiene. Toilets are unclean they are at there worse condition, flush won't work, no liquid soaps, no proper dress for patients, a/c doesn't work if they are working then there is no remotes or proper switch to turn it on or off. Their is no sanitizer in hospital. No proper guidelines for attendees as anyone can anytime come to see patient. To be honest hospital authorities should take some action to fix the issues.

It's a small hospital with good facilities. Can be choosen it for less severe cases if to be hospitalized. However I would not suggest if the patient is in critical condition. Economical and staff is good and helping. It is right on the outer ring road so connectivity is not an issue by public transport. Ambulance facility and pharmacy is there within hospital. It is on the panel of various medical insurance company. No parking facility. You have to park in front of hospital. Overall good, economical but not recommended for serious illness.

Good Scope of Services All Staff services is excellent very friendly and caring staff. With Excellent Management provided by Medical Director by day by daily rounds from his Personal Secretaries and His Reception staffs.

Doctors were laughing in the icu,they put patients in ICU just for the sake of money ,they killed my aunt..💔😔karma will take the revenge..😔please close this hospital othewise its staff will kill more people.. moreover they had the insepection day, when my aunt was admitted and they cleaned the whole hospital in one day and reduced the number of beds to pass the inspection and then as soon as those inpectors were gone, they added more beds.Otherwise toils were bad and rooms were too filthy.
