Indeed nice place for shopping but there are limited options for buy men jeans as they are clearing previous inventory.

This place has its own fresh and unique collection specially for kids. The usual brands are also there but there own brands are very impressive

Chunmun is very famous for its variety . They support a lot of home grown and small brands but I found that the price of some articles was unnecessarily high. You can find women , kids and men section divided in three floors + you can also get a lot of stuff for newborns. There is also particular footwear section , bag section , jewellery, crockery and other home furnishings.The collection was great and you can find a lot of products over here on discount.

Ample parking space, multiple choices of different brand showroom and variety of food carts and roadside eateries....

Really a good place to shop but the staff & old man manager is really rude doesn’t know how to speak to customer he certainly yells in whole store & shouts at customer by just not listening. They have worst rules of not exchanging the articles. Such a pathetic customer service manager should be thrown out of this place. They don’t agree to exchange the article if it’s not up to size. Simply don’t listen to customers problem. Just giving one standard reply. In hot summer they say they have packed & send back the summer clothes & stocked only winter wear. Such a lame excuse to not to exchange the articles. This store should be banned as they don’t know how to behave to the customer. Really bad behaviour I would like to complain about this store in consumer court.

Pathetic after sale services....manager of kamla nagar is not at all helpful for customers . They don't even care ...if u visit again or not..This store does not deserve even one star , it's better u should visit by faother near by family clothing stores..

One of the biggest mall for shopping in North Delhi area covering ranibagh,pitam pura. Where u will get almost every big brands of clothes,shoes, accesories,bags,kids toys and many more items...they have very big 3 floors for shopping..they have kids section,women section,men section.. The staff of the mall is very good,well behaved, co-operative... Once u will be there,u will surely get what u want as per ur demand.. TRY IT ONCE.

Once I pay Rs 6500/- to cashier in second floor & he claim it's 6000/- I surprise because I given 6500/- after count 13 Note of 500/- Then I go to main counter on ground floor & then a senior staff goes with me & lastly one of Rs 500/- note was found near the foot of cashier. I request to see CCTV camera recording but they not allow to seen it. I 100% sure it's a cheating by cashier. So aware it

Huge range Competitive prices Good offers during sale discount period But Main Kids section on first floor is really very congested (chunmun is famous for kids garments). Even you can fall down or get hurt easily by their table's leg on which they display shorts etc due to congested space and as table legs are misproportinate out of table size (you really need to mind your steps).

No etiquette to handle customers Highly inefficient billing system.. they make us wait for good half an hour to exchange an article.. after that instead of accepting their capability they are blaming customer to make noise They are not very please to offer even a chair when they are taking so much in billing They really need to improve their billing system

Best place for clothing, footwear, accessories into kids, women & men. I've been buying my clothing from here for around last 15 years now and it's amazing as always ✨🫰. All brands, vide variety, rich staff, floor manager taking up owning up everything happening, the billing systems, the enhanced volume they've produced every year for each material, their exchange and return policy I mean alls amazing and the location right in the centre of pitampura near M2K cinema's. Retail store doing open scam. We have been a regular visitor of chunmun. Today 14th May 23, we received a SMS from chunmun offering 30% discount on Mother's day. We intend to avail the offer, visited chunmun rani bagh and shopped worth 11k. At the billing counter they showed their helpless to extend the 30% discount because that discount isn't configured in the system. The discount is available on some specific articles, like on usual days, that too wasn't 30%. The manager wasn't helpful either, was trying to convince me back that I didn't see the * of T&C. It appeared to be an open scam, send message, call customers and extract 30% more. PS. The invoice number was CM-011764-May23. Just in case someone wants to validate the authenticity of this post.

The place certainly has lots of options, it has become one of the hottest stores in store concept. What it lacks are big brands like Levi's or diesel. Probably the initial branding has affected the present situation.

I mainly visited this mall during sale season else it is highly over priced. In sale u get good kids stuff at ok price. But sometime behavior of salesperson was too bad to customers. They treat that we are too poor to buy this stuff.but may be they forgot that they are working there only . I am seeing purse there then no one come and help and when after lot of searching I don't find any of my choice than they laugh behind . I don't know why they do such things. All the time they just stand and make fun of customers. Customers search thing according there need if u ask them they said yaha h dekh lo. Not all saleperson like this some like 10 out 3 are helpful treat u like a customer not like unwanted people. When we searched than they write there no.on it as they sale this to me .when u ask another salesperson about anything other he chked the cloth in ur hand and cut the last no.and written his own this thing happen 4 time on same kid top.😅 Plz teach some etiquette to ur sales persons how to manage customers. U giving them salary not for just stand and talk in abusive language. They even don't see that there is lady standing here and such bad words they use in there talking that no one can hear that. Plz teach them moral athics which they highly needed 🙏 🙄

Located in M2K cinema complex,a good shopping place for all.We went to buy some winter wears for our grandson.The place has very warm & pleasant ambience,has good variety of clothes with discount scheme most of the year but now is Christmas & new year sale.

In men's section Raymond's counter boy is very rude.kids section boys r very good.Full range & variety great store for shopping.

Pathetic services, as they are saving their money by turning off AC and elevators while customers are shopping on weekdays. If we ask them to turn on then reason is they are under maintenance.

Two stars for the available variety. Except that, everything is bad. Staff: poor, you will find them fighting among themselves or too disinterested to help you. Quality: it you are buying unbranded stuff like shoes, bags, etc.. the quality is not at all dependable. I have seen an instance where same stuff was available in sarojini market and chunmun just puts in their display and charges more. Pricing: Overpriced for the quality they provide except when you buy branded clothes in sale.

It’s a great place to shop for all. They have got escalators to go up and stairs. Good news is now old people can move up and down easily. They have got installed lift.

You can buy latest dresses at very reasonable price. Well trained staff. Need focus on billing section. Unfortunatly Again visited today 8th jan 2023 and same poor response received on billing desk. Mr khemraj was treating customers very badly. This place is now out of my list, removed rating as 1 star only.

Pathetic staff , they don't know how to talk to customers ,if you call then atleast have the decency to talk to customers. One of your staff asked for the name and phone number to be filled at your place .it's not totally my requirement.then after a month they are saying it's your gift voucher .then just take it . I don't want that so called gift voucher of yours ,she is saying that don't fill form of you. It was not me who was interested in filling that form .it was totally your staff asking for the form to be filled don't want gift voucher . Summer collection here is really gud but in winters i went here it was gud but not a 10/10 place .. of u want dresses from parties its not a place to go .. overall it is gud
