We went ther to collect our holiday vouchers and we were told that there are no conditions attached. I was aware that no one gives anything for free anyways we reached hotel and as I thought without wasting anytime hotel staff started to prove me right. They started to sell us holiday vouchers. Tho ther plan was lucrative, but we were not prepared for this anyways when we denied the offer we were asked to leave without any respect. The hotel staff who attended us was very respectful at the start, but disrespectful at the end. We felt insulted also food was offered to us like we are begging for it. So people there are plenty of customer friendly property's in Delhi rest every one is mature enough to understand what I mean. Hope this helps people make there decision.

They are inviting people for promoting their brand and offering free vouchers and dinner. But at the time of visit they only ask you to join membership worth Rs.2.40 lacs. Also they don't offer dinner if you don't go with their membership plan, also they starts rude behavior. Really disgusting and time waste. They are making fool in the name of Free couple dinner. Please be careful.

One of the worst hotels in Delhi. After booking online, when we visit, we are asked to pay deposit amount. Even though the deposit is refundable, the information should be clearly available and not after paying. The Hotel doesn't allow guests at all. So anyone from our relative, family is not allowed to meet us and this is horrible!. I have seen people verbally fighting with Hotel management over this in my 2 days visit. The property is a 4 star hotel, whereas they have falsely presented it as 5 star hotel on online booking portals. Overall, a bad option for business visit.

During my recent 2-day stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the amenities and hospitality provided. o place the order to the restaurant. When we called back after 30 mins to check the status, we were asked by attendant that did we place any order as he can't see any order placed. So, had to wait for another 30 mins to get the food, which is overpriced. Although, there was no compromise on food quality, it was good. Finally, it was time to relax and sleep, so we requested the staff to put the extra bed on for my daughter. Again, it took a very long time for them to bring the bed. After seeing the bed again we were suspicious that it isn't of good quality, so we checked with the person who brought it and he said it is perfectly fit for the purpose. He left after placing it, but horrible thing was yet to come. As soon as my daughter (9 year old) lied on the bed, it broke and she fell with the bed, luckily she didn't get hurt. It was the first time we lost our patience and did the complaint straight away. This incident was then followed up by apologies from the staff and they brought another bed which was looking a bit better and finally we went to sleep. Next day: Breakfast, I would say was average and there was some hygiene issue. On one of the plates in the rack I found a live ant and I complained about it. Again, it was just followed by apologies from the kitchen staff. For every other day, I was really cautious and it was good to see that didn't happen again. Then we went to the swimming pool, but there was some family function was going on, so we asked the staff when pillow and duvet covers. - Lack of staff. - Wifi was very slow. - Parking area also not maintained. These are the reasons why I rated it as 3

The receptionist of this hotel is using very harsh and beast language against me and other customer who stayed in this hotel. I think her mind is not setup for the said post where she is working as a receptionist. I advise please change this... If she working in future then it's difficult to owner of the hotel because customer once the comes the hotel then never comes/ booked again. It is very ridiculous experience in here. God swear I will never booked again this property due to one such type of working lady and on the time of booking I specially mentioned the request that for early check-in but when I come this property the receptionist ignoring my request and she asked me it's a extra chargeable/ bribe @ Rs. 1500. So it's my first impression of this hotel is very bad. I still sitting in lobby. I would requested to the owner of hotel that please take action on priority bases. I had a wedding function in the hotel. Rooms are very good, well maintained, Catering services are far better than any other hotel in the league. Staff behaviour are too good except manager, I had some little issues with manager. I think hotel should work on the manager’s hospitality services. Although owners are pretty impressive and professional. If anyone has any issues regarding services, talk to the owners directly. They will certainly help you out.

Please do not book this hotel. I will give you three reasons 1. They don't allow outside food so you have to eat their food only which is pathetic and too expensive. 2. They don't allow outside visitors. 3. They don't allow any kind of liquor. They will check your bag and will ask you to throw it or keep it outside the premises. Also the staaf is not at all cooperative and the hotel is in very shady area.

Giving one star since 0 is not an option. This was hands down THE WORST check in experience I have ever had to go through. The reception asks you to pay advance charges of 3,000. Whether you pay through cash or upi or card, they will most definitely be refunding it in cash! Ahem *money laundering* ahem. This advance payment would be deducted in case of certain conditions is what the hotel claims. What are those conditions? Nobody knows and the reception refuses to give a list for the same. The hotel is located in a rather shady area and rooms are okay at best. Nothing great. Any standard hotel room can provide you the same amenities. However, the receptionist is incredibly rude!! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the best hotel in Delhi.I stayed here for 2 nights.I really like the hotel ambiance,room,food and service. The staff from security, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant was always ready to help us. The room was spacious and food was delicious. I enjoyed their breakfast. Overall the stay was satisfactory. I will definitely visit agin.

The place was not all great as compared to other lavish hotels especially with respect to the provision of facilities & receptionist behaviour. They provide lavish breakfast however other food services were not upto the Delhi food standards. Also, they provide poor quality Amenities. (OLD& TORN BATHROBES were provided which they didnt even check in prior) Also it was mentioned that the suite booked for the newly wed couple has to be decorated which was not done and was too disappointing for them. Moreover, it was intimated well in advance to the management that the booking was made specially for the groom's guests, still they were not attended appropriately. Infact while checking out, the receptionist didn't allow the guest to even keep their bags inside the cab untill completion of payment knowing they were late for the flight which was embarrassing though 95% of the payment had been done previous night. I would not advice anyone to choose this place to stay as there are many hotels available which are quite reasonable and gues friendly!

Poor service facilities

I was there with family and I was confused after reading mixed reviews, Now I am sharing my experience. Rooms were nice, neat and clean like any 5 star hotel. All facilities are here like mini fridge, swimming pool, gym etc.. Washrooms are also very clean, Beddings are comfortable. They didn't take any security money and give some water bottles without any cost. Now second side of coin : Location is very far, around 24 km from cannaught place i.e. center of city, hospitality level is very low, guy on reception didn't tell you anything, very rude type behaviour, language of some staff members will give you feeling like market near railway station or bus stand. Worst thing is their rates of food. I ordered 2 plate pulav which cost is Rs. 375/- per plate in their menu which is already very high, but at the time of check out they charged more than Rs. 1,000/- for these two plates of pulav, they put 30% tax which is totally unreasonable. If you will take dinner for two members definately your bill will be around Rs. 3,000/- as they charged Rs. 130/- per chappati (with tax). Beyond this there is no restaurant around this hotel so you can't take lunch or dinner from any other place. We planned our stay for 3 days there but due to above reasons we left this place only after one night. Now decision is yours.

Despite having good infrastructure, they fail to establish themselves and the reason is their front desk staff. Being in a hospitality industry, their staff don't know how to behave, they're are extremely rude and non professional. I don't think it's worth the price and it's definitely not a place to party. They don't even allow to carry left over food and asked us to eat outside the hotel in such a sunny weather.

To be honest, food was good but they actually cheat people. We had a family function along with one day stay but their in-room service is so slow, you need to actually order an hour before so that you get your food. We asked for milk for my little daughter, but they took 1 hour to actually get that, which was insane. And for the function, they would say yes to everything before the party but they do not do anything at the time of function. They do not actually serve a lot of things that you added at the time of booking. And when you actually ask about it, they say “are you complaining “ Their manager - Mr. Devender is a pathetic man, he has no experience or decency to handle customers. I would suggest people not to trust to that man’s saying. He would never agree to what he actually admitted before your booking. As an advice, please make sure to get everything recorded in written if you want to avoid the hassles in your function or during the stay.

The hotel is located in one of the shady areas of Delhi. The reception staff were professional. On reaching the room I found food stains and hair on the sheets and informed the front desk. They were responsive and changed the sheets. Similarly I had a problem with MAP plan which had breakfast and another meal included. The front desk was very clear that they would serve vegetarian food only on a fixed menu as there was no buffet available. This I felt was unreasonable. Be careful of the terms and conditions they offer. The breakfast menu was fair though I missed the dessert and cakes. Overall be wary, and missed the 'feel welcome' feeling.

It was such a bad experience. The staff is so rude. They don’t allow the guest to do anything. You can’t get your food. You can’t get your wine bottle. This is so stupid. At one point I understand ordering food( which is expensive btw) from the hotel but why should pay double the amount of money for liquor. They have so many limitations. It’s not like you’re staying in a hotel for relaxing but you are in a prison where you can’t do anything. Don’t go to this stupid place. And please change your staff as they have no manners how to talk to the guest.

The place is quite and satisfactory. I came here for my ielts speaking test. The hotel is well maintained and clean, the furniture and all seems a little old though. The washrooms doesn't feel luxurious.

This hotel has extremely bad staff. When we went for the booking they were very nice and helpful but later on we came to know about all the hidden charges which were not informed to us earlier. We took mini bar things only for two rooms and they charged us for 3 rooms. When I ask them to please give me the bifurcation they said our hotel people are right and no extra charges were taken from you. They keep two small bottles in the room and when you will ask for water from them, they will charge you extra charges. Many things were there which wasn't mentioned earlier at the time of booking. I wish i have an option to give them negative ratings but I'm getting an option to give one star. They cheat people and prove their staff correct. Everyone is involved in this. Worst service with worst staff.

I am currently in Germany but I booked the hotel for my wedding during COVID. Through the staff was limited, yet all the people were really friendly and service was great. I loved the decor of all the booked halls. The food was also tasty as most of my guests mentioned to me. Hotel LA will always be my first choice whenever I come to Delhi for stay. I know I am little bit late in reviewing the hotel, but I feel it is still worth praising the services of the hotel especially during tough times for everyone.

One of the worst ever hotels I have ever stayed. I have come in a marriage function here. I am staying in suite 608. The rrims are dirty. No housekeeping even after repeated reminders. No towels in the washroom. The toilets are stinking. The waterseals are leaking. Room service is just host horrible. Breakfast is just unpalatable. The service is delayed and the staff is totally rude and snobbish. It has been a nightmare. Please never ever stay here. It will a torture and nightmare

I stayed this hotel for 9 days and here’s my experience. I chose this hotel as it’s quite convenient from my office, though the rooms are good, however the service in the hotel is really pathetic. The staff was quite rude especially in restaurant, no one bother what you want, what you ordered and behave like they are just doing favor by getting food for you. Even myself and my colleague had stomach upset after having coffee in their morning breakfast. Incident where I bought liquor from outside and security stopped and asked to meet receptionist as outside liquor was not allowed, she was looking like I am culprit. The receptionist showed me terms and conditions and kept the bottle and asked to collect upon checkout. Which I was completely ok with. However Receptionist ask me to order liquor from their hotel since the bar is located in the hotel serves 24*7 liquor in the room. I ordered beer which did not get for 2 hours and eventually guy who came did not have courtesy to keep opener even after requesting him. A Couple of days before check out the receptionist upfront allowed me to take the liquor bottle in the room, which I was politely denied. Not happy the way staff has approach towards guest. After staying in this property I came to know why this property does not have 5 star google rating.

We stayed in this hotel for more than a week in 2 different rooms: the suit and a luxury room. Both were spacious and very good value for money! The staff are very helpful and friendly. The spa massages were also good. We felt very safe as good security is in place and active at all times. The small roof top pool is delightful and when weather permits there is a good view overlooking a green park and the rest are urban views in all directions. The breakfast buffet was mostly Indian cuisine with some continental options. We were always able to request for more or anything else. The reception staff have all been very helpful and accommodating. I would really recommend this hotel if you are looking for quality at an affordable price.

We recently stayed at this property for two days and we had an amazing experience. It was a great experience from hotel lobby to room to restaurants all are very well designed. Reception staff has taken very well care of my family and always ready to serve and assist. From the doorman to room service to house keeping everyone was friendly and always ready to help. Extremely poor environment rude & non coperative staff. For in room dining services you have to pay cash. They also demand incidental charges at the time of check-in even if your stay is fully paid in advance. Suddenly you are at shock for so many charges without entering hotel.

Extremely surprised with this Hotel in Mangolpuri Industrial area. There is a forest area behind hotel. Stayed here for 2 days as part of marriage of a relative. Hotel has more than 40 rooms and couple for banquet halls plus open lawn for functions. There is ample parking space and courteous staff. You may at times find that same lifts used for guest and as service lift to carry goods and food. Due to multiple functions staff at times is stressed. This hotel concept will continue to catch up due to flats and people looking at good stay during marriages for relatives #Delhi #Hotel #India

The very essence of hospitality is missing. The staff and reception are damn serious. NO SMILE AT ALL ON EACH STAFF ☺ . Building, interior and ambience is the best but room service is average. Needs to call frequently for a simple service. No list of reception or room service number. Thanks to restaurant staff and waitresses who helped us by serving hot food. Appreciate them. Security deposit is too much. They have no trust on customers. Reception staff is less than average. Clearly writted rules n still they discuss it personally. Very bad experience. They don't even offer 24 hours stay. Can't check in before 2 pm. And checkout is 12 o clock next day. So 2500₹ is for just night stay. I mean who has time to go exactly in noon. If you are couple then Almost impossible to go with your gf in such time window unless you want to spend whole night. I have membership then they said that you have to come first just to submit your card 2 days ago. Then again come for actual stay. So it is impossible to use membership and stay for travellers as well. They were also talking very rudely on phone call. Overall their membership is a scam /fraud.

Nice hotels for small gathering upto 50. Service is good. All waiters are in good dress and behaviour is also good l. There are three floor basement ground and 1 St floor. Food quality is fantastic. Problem in sitting arrengement. Furniture is good. Lift facility also available. Good ambience. But expensive.

I had a one day stay in this hotel and my experience was satisfactory. Room service tea was much more priced than its real worth. Everything else was good.

LA Hotel's Stay was spacious and comfortable. Kocktail & Kurries restaurant's food was amazing, and the BAR had a fantastic collection of drinks. The rooftop swimming pool had a great view of the city and was a perfect place to relax.

I booked this hotel as we were on medical stay for 4 days after my mother's spine surgery. Excellent service was provided by hotel staff as I requested for diabetic food and in room service for breakfast all was taken care well. Property is very neat and clean.Highly recommended.

Nice hotel. Luxurious rooms. Valet parking and courteous staff. Only grip is you can't take your drinks and food inside. Also, food delivery isn't allowed. So you must order from their in room dining. Food is freshly prepared and actually very delicious. They take 3000 as refundable security which might catch you by surprise. But I had no issue in taking back that amount.

Well maintained. Location is nearby a industrial area, not being a businessman I feel otherwise. However, person looking for stay for business visit, he would prefer this place.

Loved the place.. it was nice experience. Well maintained hygienic rooms and premises. Better place for family or business stays. Room dining services till 11:30 pm and 24*7 Beverage service available here. Budget friendly once you go for booking online. Recommend 😍

Reception staff is extremely rude, too scared to even reveal their names. They were not wearing their name plates either. So many hidden charges and even when we proved that it's their fault they didn't accept it. People like these are disgrace to the industry. And after crossing limits, they had the audacity to school us about manners. Most pethetic set of staff I have ever seen. However, property is a good one.

Good hotel, great room Spacious, clean, comfortable, I always took the temptation suite equiped with work desk, mini bar, bathtub jaccuzi, and an electronic recliner. The reason for 3 star rating are below: 1-Outdoor food and alcohol not allowed. If you want to take your booze you have to pay ₹1000+tax per bottle. 2-No food options after 11 only proper dinner, you can't order snacks as the kitchen will deny. 3-Worst breakfast, they use butter and juice from brands which I hardly call a brand, I,ve never ever heard of them or saw them anywhere. ProTip: if you are a group of 3, book temptation suite in advance 7-10 days for 2, pay extra person charge of ₹1500+tax at the time of check-in, it will cost you much cheaper than booking it for 3 persons.

Good stayed in this hotel the suit and a luxury room. Both were spacious and very good value for money! The staff are very helpful and friendly. The spa massages were also good. The breakfast buffet was mostly Indian cuisine with some continental options. We were always able to request for more or anything else. The reception staff have all been very helpful and accommodating. I would really recommend this hotel if you are looking for quality at an affordable price.
