Thank you CARLED, ARELIUS and the other staff. The bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. The dining room was also clean and cooled tempered. We were disappointed that the shake machine was down and couldn’t try the orange cream shake. I would highly suggest implementing greeting the customers. We had a slight miscommunication, but it was all handled very well.

Went to get the caramel and chocolate cookie 🍪 from Arby's and received it in a plastic bag. 😱😣 It was warm... So I realized they heat up the cookie in the plastic bag. 🥴 Tried it but it was falling apart and the taste is not the same as the ones before that didn't come in the plastic wrapper. This cookie used to be my favorite at a fast food place next to Chick-fil-A chocolate chip cookie... But now no more. I understand the need to change and due to allergies for some but yeah. It's a no for me. Otherwise, this restaurant over the years the quality of food has always been great. I have had to wait for a few minutes after ordering to receive my food but the quality of the food has always been good. Now I say goodbye to Arby's...so I can be more disciplined in my diet that cookie kept me coming back. Thanks for the past years! 🙂👋🏾

Ordered food. Drive-thru cashier told me to pull around they are making it "fresh", whatever that means... I pull around wait about 5-6 minutes then go inside wait about another minute.. Get home within less than 5 minutes. Nothing is fresh. Chicken not fresh. Roast beef not fresh and the fired food that was ordered very easy to tell when its fresh, was 100% not fresh. So I'm thinking... This place is lacking hard and also lying to the customers face. Service was good if you consider being fake to someone actual good service.. Pathetic.. Go somewhere else trust me on this one.

This is my 2nd time to this location. The staff is great. I really appreciate Joden for assisting with a very last minute request to change my order in drive thru. I appreciate his customer service and positive attitude with my request Food always hot and fresh. Thank you. I worked fast food before although it was decades ago . But I remember what this type of service takes needs monetary reward for this store.

Just going through places I feel gave me the best service/food. Yall get a bad rap, but your fried food (Stix and poppers) are so freaking good! Especially with the great sauces. I only go there a few times a year because it's unhealthy, but with what yall offer, great job!

Jeanette is the BEST server! at the window. Always Fast Friendly and thorough. Love the crinkle fries extra crispy. My favorite place to get Diet Coke, large of course

I love Arby’s and I realize this was the night before thanksgiving. But I arrived at 9PM to the doors locked even though the sign and google says 11PM. The gentleman for the drive through was very nice and patient. But I ordered a large brisket sandwich has sauce only on one side of the sandwich and although I ordered a large the fries would be a medium at best. A mix of older cold fries throughout. No napkins or sauce. Overall it was a mid experience at this location. Not bad but not fresh.

Years ago the service at this location was horrible. Let me tell you the staff now is on point! The food is always fresh and service is outstanding! Keep up the good work!!

They serve cold fries. Been there at least 3 times this month and they serve me cold old and chewy fries. At least the Reuben sandwich was fresh and hot, about the fries …..Good luck..

The bathroom was nasty and had no toilet paper or paper towels to dry your hands. The bathroom should be checked every hour on the hour to make sure it's at least decent to be used.
