My kids had been excited to finally get a Sonic in the area. Today we finally went. We opted to go through the drive-thru. Boy, what a disappointment..after a long wait finally paid and had to wait another 10 minutes at the window. As we drove off I handed out the food. I paid almost $6 for two large french fries, they looked like someone had already ate out of them. Portion size was so disappointing. All the burgers we're dry and the french fries seemed to have been sitting there forever. They we're dry and without flavor. You would have thought since it had recently just opened and with the large amount of people ordering, the food would have been fresher. No ketchup and not 1 napkin was given. 😡 Just opened up the grilled cheese, at least that is what they call it.

If you eat-in, they still give you your order in a ToGo bag... pretty tacky! The Chicago Dog was luke warm and the fries about the same. Never say never but, probably not going back anytime soon.

I got the chicken tenders combo and they quiet literally gave me one onion ring! I was even polite I had manners and that was the thanks I got!

I used to go to other Sonic locations I liked much better. The way this one is built all the stalls face the outside. There is no patio. The building is big and not see through. It creates a very different atmosphere. It felt dark, isolated and unsafe not having all the light and line of sight I am used to at a Sonic. My son and I wanted a late snack. We just ordered Tater Tots. There were few customers, so I thought it would be super quick. It was not that quick. They were not hot. They were far more expensive than fries somewhere else (at least twice the price). As much as my son likes it, I will probably not be back. I guess they charge enough to make a profit even after giving us a hugh number of ketchup packets we didn't ask for and just threw away. What a waste!

I came here to get a snack. It was happy hour so I got my normal cherry limeade slush and I wanted to eat something so I ordered tater tots. I was a little disappointed with my slush, it was a bit melted when I got it. The reason for the lower service score was due to the amount of time it took to get my order. I used the app and I feel like it took longer than if I had ordered in drive thru. The girl who brought my order was nice and it wasn't her fault. But she could have apologized for the wait.

Chicken nuggets were good. Cheeseburger gave my husband food poisoning. We'll stick with the drinks. If we go back.

Service was FAST and concise. They've never made any mistakes on my orders. Food quality not the greatest. Just being honest. In one word..soggy.

Take out car service. The service was great. The food wonderful. And the food being brought to the car brought back memories of my youth.
