This was by far the worst KFC I've ever ordered from. I spent $55 on small dry chicken Tenders, and dry cold chicken wings. I just tried these the other day at the Westview KFC and they were so good so I thought I would order both again. NOT even close horrible and they won't answer the phone to voice my complaint. If I could do no stars I would! This KFC is horrible. I've attached pictures of the Chicken Tenders I tore one in half and you can see how dry that chicken is. $20 for that box of little dried up chicken tenders!

I preordered my food so when I picked it up it was in a sealed bag. They shorted me a breast, the food was cold, and they didn’t give me my 8 biscuits or honey sauce. I won’t come here again.

Had to wait for tea to brew. At least I knew it was made fresh! They forgot to sweeten it. Blech! They forgot my honey mustard sauce, and plastic utensils. I couldn't eat my Mac and Cheese, until I got home. It was cold by then. I like the food; the service is ALWAYS sadly lacking. I'd like to apply for a " Secret Santa/ Shopper" job. How long would it take them to get off the " naughty," list?

I live a few blocks away from this establishment. I had ordered a 5 piece crisp strip meal. The strips were cold and dry, the biscuits were hard and the coleslaw tasted old. These places know that people don't want to get back in the car to return a meal.

Ordered food got family size fries no salt. Get this!! They only filled them up halfway!!! Unfortunately I found out after returning home. Drove back ten minutes and they told me they filled them up and they was not going to help with the fries with stink attitude to match. After standing at the counter for ten minutes the cashier gets on the radio and says he is still here what do you want me to do. A lady after five more minutes of waiting. Comes from the back and says now I know I filled the fries up snatched my salt less fries from my hand threw them in the trash and gets a new container of salted fries SMH I just left no sorry for the inconvenience no have a nice day no sorry for the trouble you can keep the half filled fries just insulted mistreated and handed me over salted cold hard nasty fries I should have just returned them but my kid wanted them for her chicken bowl but she still couldn't eat them because they were over salted last time I ever ever go to a K.F.C. food was not good chicken bowl was horrible and that was only half filled as well smh for 7 bucks food was old dry and nasty I think I will have to make a County health call from the dirty lobby kitchen and multiple Flys in the place KFC is trash eat something better you have been warned ⚠️ warned ⚠️ warned ⚠️ warned ⚠️ Eat At YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️ girl with attitude and the one filling food half way had pink highlights

Fairly quick, altho we had more then one order for our vehicle, they didn't say what order was what when we received it from 2nd window... But we got it figured out 😄

Came by today 6pm and the woman was rude for no reason, I tried to tell her what number I wanted and she kept telling me I was wrong. How are you going to tell me what I am asking you for? I said 8, not 3. Then she got an attitude. I left without even getting food at that point because she sounded like she would have spit in it. She doesn’t need to be working there. Don’t take your attitude out on customers.

This place intentionally shorts you on all deliveries. Getting 50% of my order? Close already. Embarrassing do better.
