Their
phone
IVR
doesn't
work
right,
the
website
won't
let
you
track
your
order
if
you're
a
guest.
It
tells
you
that
you
can,
but
it
doesn't
work.
Went
to
the
location
to
find
out
what
was
going
on.
The
system
or
the
store
changed
my
delivery
order
to
pick
up
and
didn't
notify
me
of
any
order
updates.
Sure
did
accept
the
tip
that
I
was
giving
the
driver
though.
As
I
left
with
my
hour-old
food,
I
tripped
on
the
broken
sidewalk
and
uneven
ledge.
Skinned
my
elbow,
hands,
leg,
and
knee.
Went
back
in
to
get
a
bandage
for
my
now
gushing
wound.
I
think
the
Ubereats
guy
who
came
in
after
that
was
more
concerned
than
the
employee.
I've
worked
in
various
customer
service
roles
for
my
entire
working
career.
I've
never
seen
something
like
this.
And
after
all
of
that,
the
pizza
tasted
like
DiGiorno.
