My friends, when I tell you that this is my new favorite store in Pittsburgh..... It. Rocks. 😎 Not only were there so many sweet geological items to browse that we lapped the store 3 or 4 times, but also chatting with Justin was awesome. He has such a broad knowledge of all the things he carries that it's a whole other level. And I am absolutely HERE for it. I aspire to hold that many rock facts in my noggin. I am a massive science lover so I could have hung out here for the rest of the freakin day. Oh and did I mention there is an ACTUAL METEORITE that you can hold?! AND a dinosaur egg?? Bruh. If I had a million dollars I'd spend it all at this store. For the time being I am stoked about the selenite with the light projector that I got for a great deal. All in all, standing ovation. 🪨🩶

I am so happy that I found this shop!! The owner and Kathleen are amazing. So knowledgeable and helpful! Kathleen went above and beyond helping me while I was there for my first time. The store was busy and she did an incredible job helping everyone. The owner is amazing, I learned so much from him while I was there! I am a customer for life!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Curator so knowledgeable an interactive. Variety of specimens was vast. Most memorable was the experience of holding a meteorite. Prices are very reasonable. The history of the company very cool. I definitely recommend checking this. Rock On!

I walked through this shop for the first time and was impressed with the setup. The staff was very knowledgeable about everything geology-related and helped answer many questions from my curious nephew. Great place to find a gift for that special someone.

This is my go to place for my gem obsession. Stopped by today for a gift and ended with one for myself as well. They have beautiful, great quality gems and Justin, along with the rest of the staff, is always kind and helpful.
