Amazing costumer service and the food is so good

Ludicrously overpriced, stale tasting bagels. Workers are nice. To the PR firm that monitors this - please don't bother with your copy+pasted generic reply in which you try to turn a bad review into something to brag about. Edit: Hilarious! They DONT EVEN READ THE REVIEW! They see a low rating and copypaste a reply.

A little pricey, but the coffee and bagel sandwiches were filling. Lots of choices for food. Better than Dunkin donuts.

Went in this morning to get a bagel and coffee. First thing I saw was 2 men preparing bagel sandwiches with their backs to me. The one gentleman was reading something on his cell phone. After he finished reading whatever was on his phone he put the phone in his back pocket and with the same ungloved hand continued to prepare and assemble the bagel sandwich. Saw enough and walked out. Numerous studies show how contaminated peoples cell phones are. Einstein, please stress food preparation hygiene standards to your employees.

We ordered from Uber Eats and everything was so fresh and delicious we were blown away that it was takeout! Mike called to let us know he was sorry they don’t carry the lemonade my husband wanted as it isn’t available at their location. Uber refunded it right away and I had to call to let them know everything was wonderful, Uber dealt with it right away and I appreciated the call. We will absolutely be back and have to go in person now!! 💕

Great location with close proximity to the bus and train stations but the real gem here is the crew. 7am everyone is all smiles, super polite and professional, and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. What a breath of fresh air! Far far better choice than the Starbucks in between. Thanks gentlemen!

We were in town for a martial arts tournament and Einstein Bros came in clutch with healthy, delicious breakfast options. The staff was always friendly and the service was quick every time we stopped in. I highly recommend the avocado toast. I also enjoyed the garden avocado egg sandwich. At this particular location, there was plenty of seating, so we often ate the meal on the spot rather than grabbing it to go. I'm going to remember this spot for next year!

Great place to eat. The manager Mike is the most affable manager I have met in a long time. Truly great rep for the company. I had a small business meeting there and Mike's friendliness helped.

Stopped here on ally way to a meeting. I haven’t down Einstein’s in a long time. Their bagels are out of this world! Super delicious! Nice and fluffy and chewy❤️. CLean restaurant and very friendly staff! I will be making another stop next time I’m back to the Burgh!

I go in there most mornings the buy coffee feeling kinda groggy. Everyone there is so polite and friendly, it really helps make my morning. I've never not been greeted by a smile. They really are the best group.

Visited this location this week and had a terrible experience. There were 2 workers, both of whom barely acknowledged us during the time we ordered and paid. The lady working the cash register tried to hurry us along and treated us like garbage. She seemed very annoyed that we were there. It seemed they were short staffed but honestly the disrespect they showed my wife and I was brutal. 2 stars because the food tasted fine.

This is my favorite place to go for breakfast during the work week. I go here just about every day. The food is always great. The staff is also very friendly and really take care of their customers. I definitely recommend going.

I loved the food here. Made fresh and prepared quickly. French Toast bagel is the best I have ever had. Caribou coffee is great too! Friendly staff, ample in door seating. However I got my orders to go. Excellent lunch menu too.

NOT currently open on the weekends as their hours state, otherwise they would rate more stars. There seems to be no place downtown to quickly get a coffee on a Saturday or Sunday morning!!

Expensive I totally get it though have to increase prices because if all that is going on with supply chain and sparse work population downtown

Great place for quick lunch on Grant Street in Pittsburgh. Bit pricey but worth a trip to treat yourself for lunch.
