Daniel is an excellent personal trainer! I was looking to ease my way back into fitness during postpartum and I'm so glad I found Daniel. He takes the time to learn what your goals are and sets up workouts personalized for you. He prioritizes proper form and teaches you safe techniques, which is so important to get the most out of your training while avoiding injury. If I am ever feeling sore, he always gives me tips to relieve the aches and adjusts the workouts accordingly. I've been training with him for about 3 months now and I can clearly see progress in my strength and posture. I also really appreciate that he educates me about the muscles and anatomy that we are working with. I can't emphasize enough how well he listens to you and what a positive experience it is to train with him. Highly recommend working with Daniel if you are looking for a personal trainer or if you just want to get more out of your fitness.

Dan is amazing! He’s super knowledgeable about health and fitness while making it accessible to all levels. It’s engaging during our time together, but makes sure that I have steps to walk away and work on outside of the gym. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

I went to Above & Beyond for a free session first and was immediately impressed by how Dan was able to point out small but effective adjustment to my movements to get the correct muscles to fire up more quickly. Dan also took my training goals and body condition into considerings before designing various exercise for me to do. Over the span of my two months of training so far, I’ve become more knowledgeable about a variety of exercising tools, I also become more confident in my ability to do more individual exercises at gyms, and the most importantly, feeling good about myself. I really recommend you to give it a try, and start your workout journey at Above & Beyond!

Been working out with Dan for about two months now, it always makes me feel accomplished and achieved every time coming to the gym after a long day of work. Dan is a great trainer, professional, patient, and always making sure I’m doing high quality repetition rather than just get the work done. Definitely a women friendly training experience :).

Dan is an incredibly intelligent, adaptable, and well-spoken trainer. He always prioritizes the physical, mental, and emotional needs of his clients. What really sets him apart is his relentless drive to improve his own knowledge base in order to always utilize the most effective and up-to-date techniques to help his clients reach their goals in a safe and efficient manner.

Daniel provides excellent personal workout plans for any and all fitness goals. These cover warm ups, stretching, range of motion movements, targeted exercises, myofascial release: pinpoint pressure muscle targeting for post workout cooldown, and more. I highly recommend giving Holc Health & Fitness a go if you are looking to start your fitness journey or to improve your overall technique/learn new exercises for those that have already begun their journey.

Dan is very awesome and professional. He discovered the disconnected (weak) parts of my body and made a personalized training plan. He also knows how to combine different types of training to achieve my goal. I've already felt a big difference even though I just started working with him 2 months ago. 5/5 recommended!

Dan is a professional, versatile, passionate and creative trainer. I especially love the one on one training aspect and how my workout is specifically tailored to my specific goals. Dan is an excellent communicator and always knows how to push you to achieve consistent progress and longevity. I really like how Dan focuses on one’s mindset as well as physiology. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable on holistic health and wellness and is an avid lifelong learner in the field. I love the many aspects of holistic wellness and how Dan incorporates it so well I to each session. 10/10 would definitely recommend :)
