Great gym equipment, well arranged for less confident beginners. Luke was very helpful. Lovely massage tables.

Don't pay for the black card. Massage beds are not working most of the time. You will only get the aggravation. if you ask to change to basic plan, they will force you to pay an initiation fee AGAIN, even if payed one just the last month. There is a silly response from the owners suggesting to talk to the manager. About what? The fact that you cannot fix massage bed for weeks maybe months?

I like the gym. It's very clean. Lots of space, easy to use. The staff is friendly from what I've seen, but they're certainly very hands-off. I appreciate that nobody is breathing down your neck or nagging you, but as a new member, it was odd to receive no sort of guidance or much of anything. When I came in for the first time, saying I was using my free visit to look around, I was just given an "ok go ahead". I'm not sure if it's just not really a common thing to do classes or training sessions here, but it's something I'd be interested in. Never seen one happen and I wouldn't really feel comfortable approaching the employees about it. I thought it was something that would be advertised a lot. But anyways, a great place to go if you're just looking to do your own thing!

Sucked. I was all set to join until I was told I had to give routing number since they don't accept credit cards. That has computer hack written all over it. Deal breaker. Found another gym that accepts credit cards

Its a fine gym. However, I am trying to cancel my membership but they do not not seem to have their phone set up so I cannot contact them. Going in person is not an option for me. Please advise! Thanks

Just a regular member. Signing up was easy, terms are clearly stated, although there are the usual one-time fees. Place is clean and well-maintained. Smith machines, free weights, the usual purple and yellow exercise apparatuses, lots of treadmills, bike machines, etc. Cleaning supplies are always available. The staff are nice. There's a water fountain / water bottle refill station by the lockers/restrooms. Parking is plenty. Varied clientele, all ages and sizes.

Great equipment and the people here are very nice. The judgement is very low but I would not call it a "Judgement free zone" because I get some pretty dirty looks smoking cigarettes' on the treadmill. It is cheap though, beggars cant be choosers.

I was told there was no other alternative to checking in as a black card paying member other than using the app. My phone WiFi was not working in the area of Pittsfield and the gym WiFi was not connecting or slow. Meanwhile I'm asking to speak to manager. I also observed employee sitting like a slob on the counter. Is that appropriate professional behavior. What if an individual can not afford a phone or it's broke .....what no gym ,oh well, sorry you drove here and can't work out bc no app!

The gym was clean, and the staff was friendly. Crowded now, there is no other place to go.

I am very happy to be able to work out at Planet Fitness. The staff is helpful, and i feel at home there.

I love the fact that this branch is open 24/7 for a few days. I do wish all clubs would follow suit. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and hardworking.

Quality equipment. Large enough to always get a work out in. Clean.
