Well-kept rooms. Therapists, nursing staff and dietitians are very friendly and absolutely helpful. There is a bit of chaos in the dining room from time to time, which is partly because patients put their trays where others are supposed to prepare their drinks and partly because some people are of the opinion that they won't get anything to eat if they don't push.

All in all very good! +Friendly staff from doctors to cleaners. + Rooms functional, bright and spacious + Individual services very well coordinated + Good food + Modern equipment in the fitness area + Excellent hygiene concept during the pandemic + Good lectures/education + I felt very well looked after all around (especially medically). + I lost almost 6 kg WITHOUT starving. o Clinic is quite large, I have no idea what it would be like if it were fully occupied in a non-pandemic situation. o Some things cannot be realized due to Covid 19 (not the clinic's fault of course!) - Quite a long queue, especially at breakfast (probably not a better solution). - A few applications were canceled due to employee illness. Redundancy in workforce cannot be financed, especially in medical institutions. I can definitely recommend rehab at the Vitalis Clinic. As much as possible is done for the patients.

Thanks to Corona, there were of course a lot of restrictions... they made an effort but it's no fun with a mask. The small Hessenstube was of course a wonderful change because you didn't have to wear a mask there... Bad Hersfeld and the surrounding area are simply magical. It was also a dream about the weather... only sunshine. I would go there again and again.

(Translated by Google) I went to the clinic with great expectations and was bitterly disappointed. The nurses and doctors were almost never available, only for visits. The physiotherapy was the only thing that worked to some extent. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, the same was true for the dining room, as there were still crumbs from the evening in the morning. The food was Well, the bread wasn't fresh either and I had the impression that there were only 4 sorts of sausage and cheese in the Zrit. The corona tests weren't checked either and you had to see how you could deal with it. Bon visually impaired. Will definitely go to the clinic do not recommend .

(Translated by Google) The doctors weren't that great, in 4 weeks I had 3 doctors who each said something different. The therapists were all very competent and dealt really well with the respective illnesses. You can really relax, and the spa park also contributes a lot (Original) Die Ärzte waren nicht so toll , ich hatte in 4 Wochen 3 Ärzte die jeweils was anderes sagten. Die Therapeuten waren alle sehr kompetent und gingen super auf die jeweiligen Krankheiten ein. Erholen kann man sich echt super, wobei der Kurpark auch viel dazu beiträgt

Experience report: A very nicely located clinic on the edge of the spa park. The small, very beautiful city center is also easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The whole organization was perfect. In this clinic the patient is in the foreground and is noticed! The therapies and applications helped me a lot. All employees can be contacted at any time and take care of the patient's concerns/requests. So I don't want to mention anyone in particular because it was like that for everyone. The food is completely fine and, if special food is required, adapted. For example, I always got an extra lunch. You just have to talk to the employees.

I was there for 5 weeks from November 8th to December 13th, 2023 & I can only say praise & would definitely recommend this clinic. The clinic is central, has a beautiful spa park and it is a max. 20 minute walk to the inner city. Grocery stores and drugstores can also be reached in 15 minutes. There are also numerous restaurants in the city center. Reception Reception: The reception & reception was really great. Packages were also sent to me during this time and this worked without any problems. Admission interview: The admission interview was top. I appreciate with Dr. Schindler? Very nice doctor who took a lot of time. Rooms: The rooms are different depending on the station. For example, I was on the 4th floor and the rooms were sufficient. Pictures attached. My room has a balcony and a lounger. Staff: The doctors and nurses are all really nice, and the nurses are open to any concerns. There are 1-2 exceptions that are really a turn off, but this has already been reported by other fellow patients. Sister Christine & another sister whose name I can't remember right now, thank you for the humorous treatment of my toe in the middle of the night. You both certainly feel directly addressed. Ms. D, the trainer, was very aggressive and very tactless towards obese patients. Has different treadmill rules than her colleagues. My complaint about this was professionally trained by the Chief Physician Sec. received & the complaint. took care of it immediately. Great! Dining room: Unfortunately, the dining room is very noisy. I was surprised but the food was really tasty. After 3 weeks, however, I realized that I was tired of the monotonous morning and evening meals. A little more variety would be good. I have an idea for breakfast, perhaps you can prepare small bowls with fruit so that you can quickly make a fruit salad. Unfortunately, the food is often not refilled immediately and usually only upon request, which is sometimes super annoying and makes the employees feel a bit stressed. Dietitians: The dietitians are really nice, except for one slightly older lady. Big compliments to Ms. Eckhard, who really made the teaching kitchen incredibly fun. A very sweet and nice person. Therapy plan: The therapy plan was sometimes mixed, I often had nothing on the agenda on Wednesdays and a lot on other days. I would have liked a little more structure in some cases. I looked for a contact person several times and was always sent from A to B. I mentioned it during the visit, but unfortunately nothing really changed. Otherwise I was satisfied. Requests for specific courses were taken into account. The sports hall can also be used outside of therapy times. Physio: I had hay bag application, full body hydrojet treatment and stimulation current for the pain in my shoulder. Everything really wonderful. Aqua: The aqua aerobics is great and the swimming pool/sauna can also be used outside of therapy times. Mr. Pujol will definitely make you sweat during aqua aerobics. In my opinion, the MTT room is really small for the number of patients and could be expanded a bit. Otherwise the program is great. There are also some courses offered on weekends for a fee, such as the bead workshop or similar. Very good. The clinic has a leisure room where you can borrow board games and play. The clinic also has a small café which is really good. Nogo are the cleaners. I think every effort is made, but if I had to rate the cleanliness it would be a 4-. I often had to clean it up. The mirrors were only cleaned when requested, as was the glass plate. Handles, light switches, the edges & corners above the bed & the curtains and windows are not at all. The only thing that was clean was the sink and toilet. Big thanks to Dr. Serb you have your heart in the right place & I'm glad to have been looked after by you. Thanks for the time.

The occupational therapists and trainers are good, but unfortunately from a medical perspective only diabetics are well cared for. After normal diets didn't help and I learned through a BMI measurement that my metabolism was only working at a snail's pace, I decided to apply for the treatment. I was full of motivation to finally get professional help, but was bitterly disappointed. The nutritionist told me I was going through menopause, even though I said I had been fighting the pounds for 18 years (when I was 33). Can't people think of anything other than this convenient excuse? When men our age have health problems, they don't immediately blame it on menopause. I complained about it during the visit, but the doctor didn't really address it. It's sad that everyone who wants to lose pounds is lumped together. When I was discharged, I was told to change my diet. Hello?! Should I laugh or cry? What kind of help would I have wanted in the clinic, among other things?! My next treatment will definitely not be in Bad Hersfeld.

(Translated by Google) I was there in rehab in January. I had my daughter (1 year old) with me for the first two weeks. We got great Zikker next to each other, everything was made available to us for the child, and we were warmly welcomed. The house is very clean and kpdern. Nice apersonal and therapists. The food tasted good. The solution to the clacorona restrictions was also great. V Who is there in areha should definitely have a wellness day in the akurtherme macjen. You are small but nice... I would come back immediately 😊 (Original) Ich war im Januar in der Reha dort. Die ersten zwei Wochen hatte ich meine Tochter (1 Jahr alt) mit. Nettes apersonal und Therapeuten. Das Essen schmevkte gut. Auch die alosung durch die clacorona Beschränkungen waren super. (Translated by Google) I was there for a total of 3 weeks, I did not aim for an extension simply because the conditions were not satisfactory. The clinic offers many opportunities such as swimming, fitness and various outdoor activities. The Kurpark is really beautiful and offers plenty of space to go for a walk. The rooms are large and also nicely furnished. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the entire clinic is very poor, food leftovers on the cutlery, coating in the "clean" glasses or unclean rooms, the fitness room is covered in dust and dirt. Furthermore, the selection of the food is not really satisfactory. The bread is really dry & a few days old. You should rather grab the buns. In general, the selection of the dishes is not varied and carelessly prepared. The clinic relies on independence, which is sometimes positive but is overly demanding, especially for weakened or older people. In general, there is no control over whether someone comes to eat or participate in any activities. I think if you were lying dead in the room, you would only notice it when the cleaning ladies came. Everything else is not kept up. I would not visit the clinic again & will note it negatively in my pension fund.

The clinic itself is really nice and the staff and doctors are all very nice. The therapies are really varied. However, there is something to criticize about the food there!! For a clinic with a focus on digestive problems, obesity and diabetes, I find, for example: canned fruit (cocktail fruits, tangerines, peaches), mashed potatoes, salads with mayonnaise and "orange juice (sweetener, orange broth)" as extremely questionable!! That's why I only give it 3 stars

I was there from June 19th to July 10th, 2023 because of fructose malabsorption. The clinic is fine so far, only the rating wheelchair suitable (?) I have my questions. It starts with the elevators, the doors close far too quickly. If you need the big one, there is no guarantee that it will actually arrive, sometimes waiting times of up to 20 minutes. It's clear that you won't get to your appointment on time. Anyone who arrives 5 minutes late is out of luck. The next negative thing to complain about is that there is a smoking area, but wheelchair users cannot reach it alone. I then had an exception permit to smoke in front of the gym. That's okay as long as it doesn't rain or storm. Real severe restrictions are not taken into account when planning the site. There is no representative for the disabled. But there is a lady from the administration (management) who is very aggressive and loud. I won't go into who that is here. I learned from fellow patients that the problem already existed in 2019 and nothing has changed. I suspect that the Vitalis Clinic plans missteps by spa guests into the budget; the one-off misstep cost me a lot of money. This kind of behavior ruins all the positive things. Germany has signed the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. There it says, for example: inside that everyone can take part everywhere, even if it is negative when smoking. The nutritional advice makes an effort, they even bought extra bread for me. I had a lot of scrambled eggs. The food is very lightly seasoned. That's okay because all the illnesses have to be taken into account. The physiotherapy is great. Efforts are also made to treat very rare diseases. The lectures are disease-specific. There is nothing for fructose malabsorption. Except for the smoking thing, it was very good and educational. But I hope that I no longer need such a treatment. Everyone was very nice except for one lady. But one question remains, how do patients take the medical cannabis for inhalation after the closing times? If you are smoke-free, this could be problematic, especially in certain weather conditions and, in the worst case, in a wheelchair. The spa park is very beautiful.

I was in this clinic for 3 weeks due to IBD and was very satisfied. The rooms have hotel comfort, my room also had a great view. The employees (nurse, from the kitchen, the therapists, assistants...) were all super friendly, friendly and helpful, the doctors were very competent and took great care of you. I thought the lectures were great. I felt very comfortable and that was very important for me. I can recommend the Vitalis Clinic.

I have been here since December 5th, 2023 and will be leaving on January 9th, 2024. Overall I am very satisfied. I was here because of obesity and various secondary illnesses. The sports program was ideal for me and the two fitness trainers Pujol and Kräupziger are really great. The food was significantly better than expected, of course low in salt and not very spicy, but we're not on vacation here (even if some patients probably saw it that way). The staff is generally nice and helpful, although there were a few negative outliers. The clinic itself has been around for a few years and needs renovation here and there. The rooms are okay, the cleanliness is average. I think the cleaning staff only have a few minutes to clean each room and unfortunately that shows. But I'm not sensitive on that point. Overall, with a few minor reservations, I am very satisfied and would visit this clinic again. But I hope I don't need any more rehab :-)
