I got my car towed here! Don’t come to this jack in the box! Horrible so mad! They then charged me almost 400 dollars to get it out from the tow yard and made me pay 61 dollars at the police station. I am never going back to that jack in the box in fullerton! It was a traumatic feeling! I didn’t even have time to eat; by the time I came out of the other store my car was gone!

Never coming back. I've been a regular customer, often stopping by after work in the evenings. However, EVERY time I have the same issue. Being asked to park. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich, that’s it. I was once again asked to park and wait, even though there were no cars in front of or behind me in the drive-through line. I saw the workers handing out food to three cars before I received mine. I noticed other customers ENTERING the drive-thru, parking, receiving their orders and then LEAVING before I got mine. It seems that they're parking EVERY car. While I can understand the need for parking very big orders, it's crazy to be asked to park for a single chicken sandwich. The point of a drive-through service is to provide a convenient service. And this happens every single time. Not once have a I received my food at the window, it doesn’t matter what I order.

Reading through these reviews and two things are clear: There are a lot of people who have experienced the rude attitudes of the employees this establishment has hired, and that Jack in the Box simply doesn't care enough to do anything about it. I work nearby and would come often on my lunch break, but now refuse to until they decide to have decent people working there. Always rude and unprofessional. Can honestly say I have never had a positive experience when dealing with the staff here, especially with who I assume is the manager based on his attire. The way they act you would think someone is forcing them against their will to work there. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I just went to drive through and it's not the first time I come to this Jack in the Box at Fullerton, I come and wait for my son to get out of school and it seems to me like the employees don't want to work, they always have this demeanor to talk to people with an attitude. I just came from there a couple of minutes ago and the girl who was giving me the order closed the window right when I was saying thank you. There is also a guy, who's sometimes at the drive-through, I think he's the manager he also has an attitude when I order. They don't even look at you when they handle the order. I understand is not the job you want, but you are getting paid to give good customer service and you are the face of the restaurant and represent your employer. Need to do better, if you don't like what you do. Don't be there

Dear Jack in the Box - love your food, truly. Usually. Came through drive through 751 N PLACENTIA for one cluck and a soda. I asked THREE TIMES for "no sauce" on the cluck. Guess what - I got EXTRA. It was not busy and there were no traffic noises. Goodbye, Jack. It was lovely, but this is the last time I will accept such behavior from you. I DESERVE BETTER.

Person at the drive thru took my order like 3 times and each times asked what I’d like order and then finally ask hi did already take your order and I get louder each time and he’s sound like he wanted to laugh… terrible experience!!

Food was good but there was just way too much sauce on my cheeseburger

Person in charge is having a bad day horrible attitude and food handle came in at 6:30 am and he was extremely rude and didn’t want to give me a receipt he instead shut the window
