The afternoon is usually busier, with up to half a dozen aircrafts landing - besides the Covid-19 pandemic grounding most flights. Also, there is a fruit seller on the opposite side of the rood where you can get picked as well as fresh fruits to keep you entertained.

Best place to do some plane-spotting of arrivals (and to some extent departures) on Runway 14. Parking is generally available on a gravel strip, but can get tight around 04 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. where series of arrivals take place especially the A380, 787's and A330's. There is a small stall opposite the road for some light snacks and ice cream trucks were observed.

You want your ears to blow off 🤣 then check the aircraft or airport landing calendar before heading to the spot as sometimes flights are delayed for more than 1 hour, so not worth the wait, but worth having a slice of a pineapple adjacent the view

Durch Zufall vorbeigefahren und die Autos am Strassenrad stehen sehen. Dank Flightradar konnten wir sehen, dass der A380 im Landeanflug war. War ein tolles give away.
