Order was quick but the customer service was piss poor. Drive thru worker said "what do you want" I'm sorry I'm making you're job harder. Figured they'd be happy to have paying customers so they can collect a paycheck.

The food was alright but the staff were rude. I mentioned that I didn't want Ice in my coke and was met with an eye roll when they put ice in it and mentioned it to them, so I just kept the ice because I didn't want to deal with the girl anymore. Told to wait in one of the spots for a cheeseburger. Food came out and asked if it was a cheeseburger and they walked away saying they don't know they just delivered it and kept walking. I don't like going through others food that's why I asked. The McDonald's is way better up the street at Washington near Girlschool Road. I'd say go there instead if you can.

Horrible experience. I’ve heard from numerous people that Jason is awful, then finally had an experience with him and let’s just say they need to fire him and find a new manager. He’s disgusting, rude, and disrespectful to customers and staff. I’ve never been so mortified in my life by what I witnessed. He was yelling at customers and throwing things. Yelling at his staff. I walked out and will go somewhere else.

I never ever do reviews but this place has no customer service. I come to this McDonald’s occasionally when I need something quick on my lunch break (I know, so unhealthy ˙◠˙ ) it seems every time I come I’m met with attitudes, people rushing you, NEVER seen anyone smile. When I’m being handed my food I’m rarely ever even looked at. I ALWAYS get the wrong food and it would be a big deal if it was once or twice but it’s constant. The management needs to step up and train their workers and help create a better work environment so that people there aren’t so rude. Maybe more training on how to bag food as well so that the foods not messed up so often.

Stopped by to get some things for the kids. I was directed to go to the drive through reserve spots to wait. Thirty minutes later after many cars had come and gone someone came out to ask me what I was waiting on. I told him two number 5s and a large fry. I already had the drinks. He came out a couple minutes later with no apology for a 30 minute wait and forgot one of my fries. I just left because I wasn't about to wait more on their poor customer service.

We do not usually eat in McDonalds, but from time to time we go there for some meals. I was so surprised ( after NYC) that this place was super clean, smart and cozy. It was a balloon fastened to every table, so the atmosphere was so festive. There were some people celebrating kid’s birthday. So, we ordered quarter pounder meal and jalapeño beacon sandwich. Sandwich was very tasty, if you are into spicy stuff. The overall was over expected. We will definitely will be back from time to time.

Worst McDonald's I've driven through. I don't think I've gone through the drive through and they got my order correct one time. Even if it's a simple cheeseburger meal. Missing drinks, fries, you name it. ALWAYS get your receipt and check your food before you pull away because they won't give you what you ordered without it. I can't tell if they're just that bad at getting orders correct or trying to save a penny. Go to any of the other "restaurants" within a stones throw of this place.

Tonight 6/23/23 at 11:20 I pulled in trying to order some food. I’m sitting at drive thru 2 and another car at 1, we both wait over 5 mins and we’re both saying hello is anyone there and I asked her are they open they say 24 hours so we decide to pull around. The African man in the tie who I’m guessing is the manager comes to the window and says we’re closed. I said well it says 24 hours and we were both waiting there, couldn’t you guys put up a sign or something or maybe answer the drive thru instead of letting people sit there and waste their time? He said well we are 24 hours but we’re busy right now doing something else and then slammed the window. They’re so super busy but when I pull off there’s two employees smoking mind you right in front of the main door. A waste of gas, time and energy. The person I assume to be manager really needs some customer service training and then to pass that along through the other employees.

This place's customer service is horrible! One day I had to wait an hour to get my food because the dude running it gave our food to 2 wrong cars. They are always rude, it's always "what do you want". This morning we weren't finished when they told us our total and when we kept saying we weren't finished so we went to the other McDonald's down the road. This McDonald's needs alot of work tbh

Fries were dark brown like they were dead and refried! Chicken bacon ranch was horrible! Bacon was old like it was made two days ago! Chicken patty was like a mcchicken not fresh and crispy. Made me sick! No one was dining in. Store was dirty!. Another fast food restaurant I will never ever eat at again.

Usually good here. Last couple times the fries have been cold and chewy. They made it right without issue. I would stop here again. Definitely check your order before it's too late.

This place is a joke! Waited 40 mins for my food! I went inside and they give me attitude! At a fast food restaurant! Then when I got it! I had hair on my burger! It looked like it was done intentionally! Because how is long black hair on my burger! I’m disgusted and disappointed! Never eat here!

Treat you like a number I spoke to both people in drive through and they just handed me my stuff and closed the window I sat there and she reopened the window for the next person and tried handing me more stuff and I was like this isn't mine and if you would have listened the first time I wouldn't be sitting here still and it was only me and one other person in line. I know it's frustrating some times and people are rude but when people say hi how is your day and we are the customer do the right thing and give a response. Plainfield McDonald's you lost a customer today. Not to mention my food wasn't even hot

Drive thru lady that was at the window was being extremely rude and was even trying to get fellow customers behind myself all raged up all because she asked me to move fwd and I did not go fwd ONLY cause the other lady was trying to give her my order. I get it that you may be having a bad day but d@mn trying to get someone killed or beat down by other customers cause you yelling at them that I am going to be the reason they food gonna be cold! Girl all you had to do was turn around and see that a crew member was trying to give you my order which was only a McChicken sandwich. NEVER going back to that place wouldn't do any good to report that to a member of management because it WAS a manager!!! Dang all over a stupid sandwich man XD

So I usually never go inside. I come here in the morning before work. They are supposed to be open. They usually never are at 515 am. It's hit or miss. They say they're open but aren't. It's super frustrating. The people are great when theyre open .its like they are all there but they don't want to be open yet. Idk. It's like they're open times are....whenever they feel like it. Anyways don't go early in the morning if you want mcdonalds. Find another location, because this one usually is not open.
