Great staff at this location! I met with Dr. Kent Ravenscroft for a majority of my appointments. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. If I had any questions he would teach me ways to build up my core. There is even free assessments too. If you think something isn't right with your body feel free to come on by. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for physical therapy!

Went in for lower back pain. Shaheen and the entire staff were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking professional advice on nagging or recent injury issues. Completed 8 total sessions over a 4-week period and everything is back to normal.

Excellent facility! Everyone was pleasant and helpful, they are very accommodating and flexible with appointments, and just super nice all around! I had Shaheen for my therapist for Anterior Cervical Spine surgery, and he was excellent. Great personality, easy to talk to; and did a great job with me. He was always ready to adjust what we did based on my input and what physical issues I was having at that moment, and he was sincerely interested in helping me in any way he could - highly recommend him! I've also had Kent for a therapist previously, for a full hip-replacement; and he was top - notch too! Thanks to everyone at Plainfield - West AthletiCo!

The team at Athletico Plainfield West is extremely knowledgeable, motivating and caring. Visited for post-op knee surgery. From the start, clear goals were set and therapy was always modified based on how I was progressing and my needs. As I got stronger and my range increased they always challenged and motivated me to get to the next level. Shaheen is fantastic to work with - very goal oriented, listens and adapts. I always felt like I had a very personalized plan based on my situation – definitely not a “cookie cutter” approach. Kim, Jemina and Sal provided amazing support along the way and were very helpful and accommodating. PT can be challenging but after 12 weeks I’m stronger and back to doing the things I love. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Athletico Plainfield West IL is amazing! I've had 2 hip replacements this year and went to Athletico 3 days a week for a total of 12 weeks this year. I can't believe my improvement from day 1 until my last day for each hip. They treat you like family and are always positive and very encouraging even on those super hard days. They never let you give up and willing to switch gears on really bad days. I appreciate how they work as a team. Thank you everyone, but especially Kent, for a great experience!! I highly recommend this location and team.
