The staff was polite, but I won't go back. I was sent here for oral surgery because as my primary dentist put it, I can't be fully numbed. This has been an issue my whole life, and the only reason I was referred here. 1. They made me pay $160 to even see someone. After my consultation I received another $120 bill in the mail. 2. The dentist was nice, but did not take me seriously at all. He assured me that he could fully numb my mouth, even though that was literally why I needed to be sedated. 3. When I was given a cost estimate for my work, it was over $2,000. I asked for another estimate without sedation (again the only reason I went here) and magically the prices dropped to $500-$800. With sedation still. I can't help but feel like I was going to get charged the full $2,000 if I hadn't asked questions. They seem to have odd or maybe even shady pricing/ payment policies. They ask for your household income, including people that aren't patients, upon onboarding which I can't help but find strange. Edit: Since submitting this review, I randomly received a refund check for the $160 they forced me to pay before they'd even see me...

Their ablism and classism excluded us from services. Since the moment they found out we use Medicare they treated us as second class customers not worth their time. They were mean and condescending while we got them the paperwork. Then we called several hours prior to an appointment to ask about an accident and they cancelled our appointment with no ability to reschedule. They call it a "strict no rescheduling" policy. However it is stated nowhere in their paperwork, which we spent several days working on and faxing repeatedly. It was actually a way to exclude families on Green Mountain Care. UPDATE SINCE POSTING: We received an automated call asking us to reschedule. How does that fit with what the secretary called a "strict no rescheduling policy"?

5⭐s for the Dental Office!!! My daughter has loved going since her very first apt. Always impressive, very nice and extremely informative with the kid on what they are doing. She always is excited to go to the Dentist and it's because of their excellent care. Or as the kido states "They listen and let you talk not just say, ya like they don't even care" 💖

I was nervous going in to get my wisdom teeth out, especially at a new place. But all the staff from the receptionist to the doctor and nurses were super nice and explained things well to me and made me super comfortable. Clean and professional with great bedside manner. Highly recommended.

i was very surprised after seeing all these negative reviews. i was referred to this office after a negative experience at my old office for a extraction and some fillings, i went in the day of my extraction extremely nervous and high anxiety. my dental assistant was EXTREMELY kind as well as the dentist, not once did i feel judged or embarrassed. highly recommend!

I came to them with serious medical problems and asked for a caring Doctor. I was ignored and never got to see a doctor. The "nurse" even got simple anatomy WRONG. Even their mental health people ignored me.
