Beautiful park just west of downtown Plainfield. Hope it's not destroyed by a pending apartment complex!

This is my dogs favorite place to go for walks in the morning and there are great historical facts along the path. My favorite piece in the park is the statue from PCHS which survived the tornado that devastated the town in 1990

Open paved walkway the whole way. Lots of people and dogs around. One loop had a children’s story to read as you walked. The other loop has history about the town and area which was interesting to learn. This park also does have a playground area.

There are few places in Plainfield that are as beautiful, peaceful, and enjoyable as Settlers' Park. Situated down the main strip of Downtown Plainfield, this park is one of the jewels of this village. Bring a camera to capture the sunsets that seem to be painted in watercolors or take photos of the marvelous gardens. This park is ideal for anyone looking for a place to breathe, walk, relax, or play. Welcome to Plainfield's slice of heaven.

Love this park, great walking paths, it has some great places for photos. Have seen wedding and prom photos done here lots of times. The back side of the park has a great playground as well. If you are into Pokemon Go, this place is amazing. Lots of gyms and stops. Community days and raid days there will be plenty of people to join up with.

Beautiful park. A pond and fountain that's home to aquatic birds. Open grass fields great for running about, frisbee, or playing catch. A walking path with benches and light poles. And a covered picnic area.

Great area to walk, run, or take the kids. Summer they have little events and concert type events here for people to attend like movies in the park.

Safe and scenic walking path, especially at night. Security cameras watch over the entire park and it's very well lit and paved.

The most beautiful location gem of Plainfield. Ideal for pictures, walks, and taking in scenery.

An amazing place for Pokemon go players. The entire park is ringed with dozens of pokestops and several gyms, and is busy on community days and raid days. Even if you don't play Pokemon go, it's a nice place for a walk any time of year, although the bathrooms are often locked, so be sure to go before you arrive.

Well maintained and decent amenities. Could benefit from river walk improvements which is the only thing preventing a 5 star rating in my view.

This is a beautiful, well done tribute park. Asphalt walking trail and a large pond make it very peaceful

Such a beautiful place for taking pictures. The bridge is one of my favorite spots for taking any homecoming or prom pics. Great place to walk around in the evening. The pond is very clean and great to take pictures by as well.

Very peaceful and relaxing walking path that goes around a little lake and also goes through woods. There's a children's park on south end of park along with a shelter with picnic tables. There's plenty of parking whether in parking lot behind village administration building or along street. There are bathrooms on north end although they are not open all year round. It is a very wonderful place.
