I've wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. We went on Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not crowded and we were seated right away. For the starters we ordered Tuna Poke, Pretzel Crab Bread and Cheese Curds. Tuna Poke was refreshing with all the veggies in it. The cheese curds were also very delicious. I only wouldn't order Pretzel Crab again since the Pretzel was old and almost hard to chew. For the main course we ordered New York Strip and Cajun Pesto Mac. I must say this restaurant beats most of the steak restaurants out there! 😋 My steak was perfectly cooked to my taste, and I enjoyed it so much. Next time I will order sweet chili Brussel sprouts as an exta side dish since I couldn't have enough of it. The Cajun Pesto Mac wasn't that good though, I can't say it was bad but I believe it would be served better as a side dish instead of a main course. Our server Alexie was very attentive and sweet. The ambiance of the restaurant was casual and clean. It would be a good option for a date night also.

Nice bar spot serving good food and craft cocktails. They offer quite a few variations on the old fashion cocktail. Tried 2 different one and like both. They were both 8/10’s. Would definitely come back for cocktails and not food.

I would give 6 stars if I could. It was our first time here, but we always wondered how it was. The food was fantastic! I ate everything off my plate and was pleasantly satisfied. We ordered the Crab Rangoon dip, the Salmon entree and the Tuna Bowl. The texture and flavor combinations were fabulous. I can't wait to come back.

We had our company Christmas Party at Chop'd this evening. I was responsible for putting the affair together from beginning to end. The Farm Room was just perfect, we brought in a few festive table center pieces and it finished the room off nicely. I worked with Christine the event coordinator to pull this all together. She was invaluable in making sure we had all the information we needed and that everything was to our liking. Tyler and Tina were our servers for the night and they were just outstanding. Setting the tables, serving food, drinks and making sure we had all we needed and available to answer any questions.... Very present without being overly so, they were great. They along with Christine and Ryan came in regularly to make sure all was to our expectations and - Yes - A good time was had by all who attended. THANK YOU!

Really nice space, especially for a strip mall. Service was great from the front door all the way to our table. Live music was happening as well - they also were great. “Dueling Pianos.” Food was great and prices pretty much like other places. Really great place!

Great local restaurant with a nice atmosphere. There is a good variety of dishes to choose from during this visit we had hummus as the appetizer, the tomahawk steak, and salmon poke bowl. Everything we had was good. They also had live music outside which is a great bonus to good food. I will visit again.

I found this place to be a very good experience overall. When we first came in, we were shown to a booth by the window. Their booths are very different than what you see in other restaurants. They are higher off the ground and require a step to get up to them and the size of these booths is also much bigger and more spacious than others. That alone is something different and a unique experience. Food, while a bit pricey, was very good as well. A good size portion with just enough of a sophisticated taste than a regular casual restaurant. Young staff but professional. Good service overall. Definitely worth a try.

If you haven't visited in a while, you need to go back. The place is really cute. They remodeled and it looks great. Cute bar area in middle of the restaurant. Loads of TV monitors around the dining area. I had the jambalaya, and it was excellent! It had great flavor and ample sized serving.

Always a good choice! They have lots of big lifted booths to sit in that are very comfy. Started with the pretzel bucket which is fantastic, it has some heat but comes with a generous amount of cheese sauce. The motherclucker chicken sandwich is my favorite!

Great dinner out with the kids and grandparents. The watermelon martini was refreshing with a sour after note. My husband and I shared three appetizers for dinner. The pretzel crab bread was like having a creamy crab cake on top of a warm pretzel. The avacado toast flight was interesting, not my favorite but not bad. The tuna poke was on point. Cold tuna with avocado, veggies with fried wonton chips. The homemade poke sauce complimented all of the flavors together. Can't wait to be back and try more of their menu.

The service was amazing from our waitress , everyone was super friendly and helpful! Food was decent, the only reason I give it 4 is a big thing for me is the glass wear they give you a bottle of water and some cups and right away I saw that all of ours had spots/thick gunk all over even including our silverware it just not a great first impression

If you are looking for a place to host an event, please consider Chop’d in Plainfield, IL. We had my daughter’s bridal shower in The Farm Room, and it was absolutely incredible! Christen and the servers were all very accommodating and easy to work with. Christen made sure everything was to our liking, and left no detail untouched. We had the brunch buffet, mimosa bar and donut wall, and they were all amazing!

Food was meh. The waffle fries were supposed to have a ranch seasoning (that is what the menu said) and they didn't have ANY seasoning, not even salt. They were also coldish and stale. The burger lacked flavor, although it was very juicy and cooked to a perfect medium as requested. The peanut butter cheesecake was AMAZING. Had I known it was that good I would have just ordered a mother load of desserts for dinner instead of my boring plate of unflavor! Our waitress was very friendly and was the best thing about our experience.

Katie was an exceptional server. We had a party of 8 and she was very attentive to all of us and came back every few minutes to check on us and to refill any of our drinks and to see how our food was tasting. The food was all delicious and no one had any complaints. Thanks Chop'd for great service and food.

Went here to try an appetizer and grab a cocktail on a fri night. Very cute spot, great atmosphere, even had a live band outside. Waygu bombs were good if you like fried foods, sauce was a bit overpowering for my liking where the waygu almost couldn't be tasted. Tried the pear sangria and it was good! Worth a try, tons of options!

Very nice menu, and decent whiskey list. I ordered Jambalaya here - an item I was a little surprised to see in a pub-like arcade venue. It was very good, but would have been a little better served with some hot sauce. The drink menu is very unique, and promises some very nice creative drinks. Service was very friendly. On the negative side, they were out of a few menu items and spirits. I had gone through a few whiskeys before finding one that was stocked. I will definitely come back.

10 stars! My man and I had a fantastic dinner. Jillian was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. My wings came kinda cold and they remade them no questions asked. They have a super big drink menu and all tasted delicious. Catalina, the busser, was also on it and quickly removed any glasses or plates we were done with. Great staff and food. We had an awesome night!

I am so impressed with how Chop'd responded to a large last minute dinner event reservation with only a 10 hour notice for tonight. The CEO of our international company provided me with a task this morning. Making reservations for approximately 50-60 people to celebrate the achievement of meeting our project goal for a large customer. I've been to Chop'd before when it was under different ownership, so I knew it could accommodate large groups. I called with my request and Amy the GM called me back and agreed that they could host our event. Amy created a focused limited menu for us based on inventory in the kitchen which provided a great arrangement of dishes. We walked in and found printed focused menus with our companies name on it, which was Amazingly impressive and super classy. Food ordered was prepared perfectly and very delicious. Waiter and waitresses were professional and very friendly. I wanted to say a special Thank you for making me look good in front of my Sr. Management. I will be returning with my family. You can't go wrong with this place. 😃

I had the Chop'd burger with chips. It was not bad. My friend got the rueben which was fantastic!. The blue crab pretzel can be skipped. It was just strange. The mango mustard served with the pretzel was seriously yummy. We enjoyed the boneless Buffalo wings too. Kind of pricey IMHO.

Chop’d is your all around adult family restaurant but also doubles as a bar and a nice place to get a bite to eat. The servers are all great and the food is superb. The pizza, steaks and salads are what I’d recommend.

The 2 hostesses were super friendly and helpful when you enter. One works for Chop’d and the other for Khaos Brewcade. The two places are connected. Cool! I bet this is a fun place on the weekends. I only had one dish here, the bone-in pork chop. Was amazing! Comes with mashed sweet potato and garlic green beans in a bourbon honey sauce and grilled peaches. I like sweet so it’s a perfect combo with pork chops. I would definitely come back for pork chop again. :) reservation on weekends only for party of 6 or more.

We had a family reunion on 10-19-23. CHRISTEN helped plan the event and she was absolutely fantastic. We ended up doing a burger/chicken bar. Everyone loved the food and the atmosphere. Our servers were DEREK and SYDNEY. They were very attentive, kind, and personable to my family. I gave them each an additional tip because their service was above and beyond. I purchased wrist bands for the arcade which was on the other side of the restaurant. My younger cousins went over there after dinner and played all the games. They had a blast. I had a baby shower for my daughter here and it was incredible! Christen helped me with so many details from selecting a theme to choosing the perfect food. Tyler and Veronica were so attentive - I couldn’t have asked for better service. The food was scrumptious and displayed beautifully. I highly recommend this venue!

We had my wife’s 50th birthday in the Farm Room and it went great. First off, it is the most reasonably priced packages I could find in the area. They had a beautiful room that held about 50 of us and made sure the TVs had the games on. Starting with the event coordinator Christen down to the two lovely servers they were very easy to deal with and really the party went off without a hitch. Food was served hot and on time and the servers did a great job working the room so everybody had a drink. They were very nice and were open to different packages and tailoring it for your needs. I’d use them again.

We recently hosted my husbands surprise birthday party at Chop’d in the Loft area and the event planner Christen (pronounced Kristen) was amazing and helped me with all my special requests and annoying questions/worry points. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or asking for too much. She worked with my budget and had great ideas and tips. The party was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff was so on point at the event. Guests were even commenting on how quick they were and accommodating. My husband was so surprised and we really loved our experience there. I will definitely use them again for an event.
