Dinner was delicious! Almost no wait time. M/R sirloin perfectly cooked and fajitas sizzled sweet sounds. Bella our server was friendly and kindly let my mother talk her ear off for a moment. She was very attentive not only to us but with her other tables. What started as a chaotic day, ended with Good food and Good service and welcoming smiles. It has been years since we stopped by this Chili's. Our experience has us questioning why as we had a delicious meal with good service. We opted for the 3-dip and chips as our appetizer and were delighted with the flavors. We selected the white queso, skillet queso, and salsa. The salsa was the only weakness. Everything else was scrumptious. For entrees, my wife had the Monterey chicken and she scarfed it down. I had the old timer's burger with fries. All in all,a fine meal that didn't break the bank. Well done!

I would actually give it 🚫 zero starts if the waiter I had wasn't good. She tried her best to make it work. Because she tried i gave her $20/tip bill was $70 wasn't worth it. 2 kids 2 adults Only thing good was the fries. Will not return. No season, not enough sauce on the Boneless wings, tenders was salty and dry, nachos cheese was over cooked ask for beef got steak. Corn was burnt towards the end then was covered with the sauce to make sure it couldn't be seen but, of course you can taste it and when sauce is removed you see it.

This is the best Chili's we've been to and we eat Chili's frequently! Jessica was amazing. Made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Cannot recommend this Chili's highly enough. This is what Chili's USED to be!

The worst experience I have had in a long time, went into bar area and sat at a table where the staff seen us and continued to let us sit there. When I got up and asked if I could sit at the bar and order the bartender said no I have to clean it and ot will be a while, I then said I been waiting 20 mins already and she said well that table is for carryout service. You couldn't have let me know that? I asked for the manager and before she went to get her she magical cleaned the bar setting off. We asked for a refund on our gift card and they said no.

Food was the reason I liked it. Food was very good and the quality and quantity was right for my pocket. Service not so good, we were kept waiting for about 20 minutes before anyone came to the table. No check to see if we needed more drinks or if food was right. Atmosphere was the worst... Young kids working there and they were to worried about what was going on with themselves and 1 employee a male was eating a peanut butter sandwich while he was seating customers. No class at all.

9/10 timez prompt and friendly service. On occasion the server is off and the kitchen is off, but that is the rare exception. Prices are always good.

I ordered online for pick up. Order was fresh and hot and correct and I didn't have to wait long at all for them to bring it out. The employee was very nice and was all smiles. Love service like that! Punctual friendly service with great food.... Can't ask for more then that. My fav place to eat and chill with friends.

Chips and good Salsa for appetizer. Husband got the Cajun Chicken and I Got a cheeseburger and fries. Both were excellent. Service was great. We will be back soon.

Service was prompt and food was excellent on this particular night! 3/18/2023 our server blondish brown hair big blue eyes was always checking on us and making sure we were satisfied. We were there at 6:30 pm and sat in the bar area. She was more than exceptional.

Not the most outstanding experience but it passes. Quick service, got seated immediately and food was served in a timely manner. Servers were very kind and helpful! If you’re looking for a quick bite but want to savor a restaurant meal, then “Welcome to Chili’s,” this is definitely the right place for you! Make sure to try the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas with Buffalo Sauce!

Food was not good this time around, and that surprised us. It may have been just a bad cut, but still ... will think twice before going back. Bot writing it off completely. The service was amazing, however!

I ordered a well done steak loaded mashed potatoes and their new macaroni the steak was cooked well to my order and I enjoyed it also the potatoes were delicious however the macaroni and cheese was very runny. The atmosphere was nice and cozy for families of any size.

Myself and my employee went here for lunch around noon on 11/20/2023 and when my employee's food came out there was a LIVE COCKROACH crawling on the plate! waitress took the plate back and management did not speak with us. this is the 2nd issue we have had eating at this location in the past 2 months. Will not be returning to this location.

Last night my family ordered three dinners and two chips and salsas from Chili's via GrubHub. Our bill came out to $105. I was absolutely shocked. How in the world is that even possible. So, unfortunately, I doubt we will ever be patronizing Chili's again. Which completely bums me out as I love their food. I really hope they rethink their business model because it's apparent they think all of their customers are wealthy. And that's just not reality. How unfortunate.

Waitress was on it! We had 7 people in our group. And she had several other tables. We rarely had to ask for a drink refill. We waited only 20 minutes from the time we put in the order to the time we received it. Clean dining room. Quick service. Delicious food. Friendly and quick waitress. Will go again soon.

Chillis constantly SLAYS. Every time I order something different it’s even better than the last. Best restaurant period. I just know Gordan Ramsey himself is back in that kitchen in disguise. Cater Chillis at my funeral at this point. I’m a member so I get free chips and salsa toooo.

Their value menu is very good. Service always friendly, and fast. I enjoy sitti g at the bar.

I was very disappointed with the service at Chili's in Plainfield, IN. I've been going their for years and it was terrible. It was dirty and just a cluster of confusion. All the servers stood around when their were several people their but I saw two people walk out. I hope management improves this place. 🙏 Shelby Touchstone

They left the chili con queso off the nachos. My Bud Light was flat. This is my favorite chain restaurant. Did not meet expectations this time. Maybe this location is the issue? Haven't eaten here in a long time. Will not be returning to the Plainfield restaurant anytime soon.

our server shania was absolutely amazing! she kept a smile on her face the whole time, she was super bubbly and nice, and made our night better overall. i couldn’t believe how nice she was. it made my heart smile

Our waitress was awesome.. our food was really good. I love their nacho appetizer and their salmon was great.. kids enjoyed themselves and pick three appetizer was their dinner. Husband had a Buffalo chicken sandwich.. lots of staff was just sitting around talking right behind us.. but our waitress and the bartender worked their butts off.. we looked for a manager, but their was none to be found. Place had several full tables but only our waitress was to be found. Woman deserves a raise.. We had a good experience.. wish their was more actual help helping.

Had the best in customer service. Tracy had everything we needed before asking, great smile, and attentive. From the moment we sat down nothing but superb service!!! Thanks, Tracy!!

The food is typical Chili's, which is good for the money. The service at this location was not typical. The servers here were outstanding. Very nice and attentive.

I ordered via Door Dash, and I did not have a good experience. My past experiences with this Chili's had largely been good, but I felt awful after eating the food from here and ended up missing two days of work with food poisoning. It was a miserable time. I'm considering giving them another shot, but it will probably be a while.

Got the dry rub ribs. They were okay, rub almost tasted unseasoned. Also had the street corn, it was actually pretty good. I honestly didn't think it would be that good from a chain. Fries came with the meal, they were just fine.

Taking myself out for my birthday, this was my choice. I did not however really Want to sit at the bar. It wasn't terrible, but much less enjoyable than I'd hoped. The drink was good, as was the food; but the atmosphere was missing a lot. I don't know if it was the crowd (not huge by any measure) or the fact that I was alone. The bartender was more interested in her snack at the back than waiting on customers. So, I dropped cash and left. Next year I'll do something different for sure.

Whoever was the chef tonight (12/16/2021) absolutely NAILED IT. My 10 oz sirloin was cooked to perfection. I have had steak that I have paid 7x more for in places like Las Vegas and other parts of the world (I travel for work) that were not nearly as well cooked as my steak tonight. Every bite was perfect. My waitress was a bit forgetful, but the food was spot on.

I hadn't been to a Chili's for years. I was very surprised by how tasty the food was! The 6oz sirloin wuth loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli was amazing. Great service also!
