I went here with a couple of buddies and For some reason the computer system glitched out and I wasn't able to get my food within 20 minutes, but due to this they actually gave me a free meal coupon and they also gave me free drinks the entire time I was here so... well played to Noodles & company. I will be coming here again and I really appreciate these guys so there's my 5 star review. Update!!! Just got my free meal with my awesome buddies and it was totally awesome! Jenna was great at the counter once again. Thanks for the great times N&C

When I walked in yesterday I was pleasantly surprised to see that the whole place looked very well kept up and clean. The staff was very friendly and they were quick to deliver our food to our table. It was a great experience. I didn't feel like we were at a fast food noodle place, but a step above!

The food was good but there were no napkins and it was dirty. Tables weren't cleaned off and the trash cans were so full that you really couldn't add anything else to them without stacking it on top. Floor could have used some help too. To make matters worse, while we were trying to pay, the register system shut down so we had to wait for them to reboot it. I can't fault them for that though. I know that a lot of this is due to the inability to get people to work these days so they are probably spread thin, but cleanliness should always be a priority. We have been eating at the Noodles in Trader's Point for years and have never had an experience like this.

Extremely slow service and a bit pricey for a medium sized bowl of noodles and a whopping five small bites of chicken. It took 21 minutes from ordering to getting our food and they were not that busy. Perhaps if the staff spent more time working on orders instead of chit chatting about whatever, the service could have been quicker. While the food was good, it was not extraordinary. The stinginess with the amount of meat you pay extra for did not go unnoticed. $25+ for two bowls of noodles seemed a bit much. On a positive note, the store was very clean and orderly.

The cashier was very patient when I ordered, and even brought my food to me. It was very clean and well stocked.

Love their noodles . Decent variety of noodles. Fast ordering and fast pick up. I definitely would recommend this place for lunch. Thank you all!

First time visiting. It was decent. The red sauce could use some help but the meatballs were out of this world. My daughter liked the kids meal. They have a coke machine so you have a wide choice for drinks. I would recommend and I would try other things they offer.

The buffalo chicken Mac and cheese was not very good. The whole thing was dry. No creamy cheese sauce at all. The taste was alright just dry as a cotton ball. Not really worth the money.

My husband and I hadn’t eaten all day and ordered on doordash super late, we ended up missing a meal. I called and it was like 5 minutes til close, luckily I live super close, but Kristen and the girl up front went absolutely above and beyond tonight. They remade the missing meal, after closing time at this point, and brought it out to me. Thank you so so so much! You guys are amazing

So if you download the app you can get the classic Mac and cheese dish for 3$ and some change. It is a very big size. I was absolutely stuffed. It was pretty good. I needed something quick and good. This was my 1st time eating Noodles and company. And I was pretty happy with it. Ordered online. I have a 30 min break so I drive there and picked it up. It was very hot. So def fresh. Staff was super cool. Over all great experience. I will definitely order from here again. Can't wait to try something else. I do love noodles!!!

The portion and price don't make sense to me. It's my only complaint. Two yrs. ago, I ate there with a good amount of food for the price. Maybe in 2 yrs. things changed. I wouldn't go back.

Tasty food. This is my favorite noodles and company. The dive thru is awesome because I love ordering online and not having to park as I get food on the way home. The only complaint is that the atmosphere could be improved. It's always so hard finding seating when my family goes. Luckily the kids are old enough to sit at their own table. It would be better if there were more tables that could accommodate 6 since there's only 1 table and it's always taken.

There were a few young ladies that I would love to call out. I believe one was Mea, and one was Mia. Then Patricia and Victoria. Also, Kristen and O (That's her name). These ladies are always very kind and helpful. They give fast friendly service. They are all always working really hard to get orders out in a timely fashion. The portions here are great! I just wish it were a little less pricey.

The girl that took our order was fantastic! So kind and helpful. The place was so dirty. Every table, floor, glass....very unappealing. The food portions are so tiny. $50 for 3 people and 3 tiny bowls. High five for customer service though.

Good noodles but not enough for how much I’m paying. The amount of noodles you get for $12 is far too little. Maybe if that $12 included a salad and drink but that’s another $3.85.

I hadn't eaten at Noodles for some time. I always felt prices were high for pasta dishes. They advertise several dishes for $7+, but these are with no added protein. By the time you add protein, salad and a $3 drink. The food was very good, but the serving size seemed smaller. For 3 of us, it cost $50.

Great tasting dishes, with small portions and high prices. Service is slow. You order at the register and then wait 15-20 minutes for your food. The atmosphere is full of frustrated customers waiting for their food. This is why I do not eat here often.

I ordered the new Impossible Orange Chicken Lo meIn. It was basically lo mein noodles with chicken nuggets on top. The nuggets were fried and had no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. There was no orange flavor so why is it called Orange Chicken?

My son ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac. The Buffalo Chicken Mac was a disappointment. There wasn't a cheese sauce to make this a Mac & Cheese dish. Instead there was crispy chicken on top of flavorless elbow pasta, Buffalo sauce, and then topped with dry shredded cheese that never melted. The meal was more reminiscent of a Buffalo Chicken Pasta not a Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese dish. My wife enjoyed eating her Pad Thai meal with beef. She liked it so much that her bowl was quickly emptied. I ordered the Zucchini Pesto meal with grilled chicken. I enjoyed the freshness of the Zucchini noodles that were Al dented, the juicy grilled chicken and the flavor of the pesto sauce. The only thing missing was crusty Italian bread to sop up the pesto sauce at the bottom of the bowl. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Just wasn't blown away by taste, noodles were dry. In my opinion they needed to be more saucy. Employees were nice, portions were good size. A little pricey. Over all I guess okay, but not that great.

I absolutely love the postickers and tomato soup. Always hot, always tasty! Their prices are really fair too and super friendly customer service. I recommend this place.

I came to this restaurant a few weeks ago and was absolutely appalled that I had to review! The short lady with the horse tail on her head was so disrespectful and bitter. She was yelling at a POC worker when she was obviously newer and trying her best. I also heard them gossiping and saw them just sitting on their phones while a line formed to the door. This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. There was also a very plump lady that walked around with a scowl on her face and she was very rude to many customers. Don't waste your money here!

Friendly staff and the food tasted good, however, I can't over look the filthy restaurant. We had to clean our own table and the highchairs were unusable due to the caked on noodles. To make an already poor experience worse, it was nearly 80 degrees in there. There was one staff member doing the job of about 10 people so kudos to her. You rock girl.
