    We waited at the drive thru speaker for some time for someone to even speak to us. After having ordered just two McChickens and a quarter pounder, we also waited a long time for our food. They had no sweet tea and my lettuce was slimy and brown. I know it’s just a $1 McDonald’s sandwich, but I am still nonetheless very disappointed. We will not be returning to this location ever again.

    The food here is better than most McDonald's and has great customization. However, often, I get other people's orders, including my own. I mean, I'll take it, but you get what I mean😂

    All I wanted was a double cheeseburger and then they pushed me into a waiting corral with 10 other cars I'm on my lunch break and I don't have a ton of time to sit here all day waiting for one sandwich please stop taking orders if you can't fulfill them in a timely Manner. So I just left without my double cheeseburger so you get to keep my $3 but enjoy it because I won't spend another dime there.

    When I visited McDonald's this time I used the drive thru. I had to go out of my way to get to this location but it was worth the trip because they did have frozen Coke. Drive thru line moved quickly, food was hot and fresh!

    There is only one employee that’s extremely pleasant at the drive-through. I don’t remember his name but he’s extremely enthusiastic kind and complements and makes you laugh. The last time I was there I had to come back for a refund because not only did they give me the wrong order, it was cold and the last straw was that there was a hair in it. Thought I’d give them another shot today and the same girl I’ve seen in the drive-through before … she’s on her phone with an earpiece with her back turned to me. I know this because she was holding her cell phone in her hand when I pulled up and she’s clearly not talking to anybody that works there or a customer. I see a bag sitting on the counter that might be mine. She finally realizes that I’ve pulled up to her window looks in the bag and just stares at me. doesn’t smile acknowledge you or say anything and just stares at you and hands you your food. When I say thank you, she just kept staring and didn’t say anything back. Like a complete dead luck with no emotion. No effort at all for customer service and it’s a joke that she even has a job

    Constantly messing up order on drive through. They messed up my order two days in a row. This location used to be awesome when they first opened. The owner needs to keep an eye on the staff or else it will be affecting them badly.

    It's McDonald's so you know what you are getting. The food isn't great but it is always the same. What makes this McDonald's better is Chris! Chris works the window and is always smiling, funny, and lifts up your day.

    Come on McDonald's do Better! Went there the other day and all of our burgers were disgusting. They were flat and missing topping. The bread was hard I didn't even eat it. I should've taken it back but I didn't want to go back out. On a positive note all the kids that work there are very nice.

    The first few times we went inside to order and eat, the food always took around 20 to 30 minutes. Then, when we order at the drive-through, thinking it'd be faster, it takes just as long. Each time, they would tell us to go in front and park. We then proceeded to watch about ten cars go ahead of us while waiting for our food, and they always miss something. Who wants to go back in line to wait again? It's not like we got anything crazy just nuggets and fries. Won't be coming back!

    Was there twice in a day and the person(s) taking orders were great early and late in the day. The people handing orders off and completing were horrible. Bought some ice cream for my kids and were all half full! Not including missing a Fry earlier in the day, getting an attitude just letting then know I paid for another fry and would like it... will do my best to go somewhere else moving forward.

    Stopped by before work this morning at 9 to get a quick bite and had the best guy at the window that took my money and gave me change. He was so sweet and kind and genuinely made my day today! I wish I would have got his name but he was whoever was at the drive thru register this morning at 9am ! What a pure soul that man is and I just thought I’d give him a good review ❤️

    Every time I come here, my food is always stale. Always getting food that's been pre made for at least a couple hours horrible place fries stale, burger stale bun stale do better

    It's McDonald's and they are the same. But this one has Chris in the drive thru. Chris is an awesome dude with the best attitude everytime. His cheerfulness is like warm coffee in the morning...

    Got my order wrong, I gave it to them and they looked at the receipt, they took the food for 5 minutes and gave it back to use and still didn't fix it. They forgot parts of the breakfast sandwich also like the top bun. Staff was nice but I can't overlook my whole order being messed up and not fixed at all

    If I couldnt see the employees shuffling around stoned as slowly as possible I would have assumed my sandwiches were assembled by a crew of trained shaved orangutans. Unfortunately I couldnt be that lucky. This place consistently sucks.

    Staff is nice and get things right, but drive through consistently takes a very very very long time. Likely not a staff issue but a shift in how McDs does things as a larger corp. Plan 20 mins ahead if you're thinking of just grabbing a soda here or something.

    I was there during a quiet time. My friend had a complicated order, and the person at the register was so kind and patient with her. That was so refreshing. All of the employees seemed to have a great work ethic.

    Waited 25 minutes for a breakfast order they forgot. Had to go inside to be acknowledged. They just put you to the side and forget about you. Cold food.

    Worst service ever. I placed an order at the drive up and the dollar amount looked wrong. I pulled up and mentioned it to the woman at the window BUT she was on the phone and didn't hear what I said. I explained again that the order was wrong and said my order again. She closed the window came back and charged me for something I DIDN'T ORDER. I was so frustrated I just drove away. If you're working at a fast food restaurant during lunchtime, your priority should be the customer NOT YOUR PHONE!! I will NOT go back to this location!

    Chris or Kris, not sure on the spelling, is a phenomenal employee. Wish I could steal him for my own business. Great employee and I hope McDonald's appropriately values him.

    Way too slow getting fries. I went to drive thru and was told to wait on the side. I waited...20 minutes!!! Finally went in and no apology. They totally forgot I was in reserved spot. ZERO STARS DESERVED

    I always do drive thru here for my kids as a treat, and staff are amazing and fun when you order thru drive thru, always friendly. They messed up my food order a couple times but because of the friendly staff I didn't even bother them.

    Very pleasant manager. The one guy cashier is a little tookuch for as he talks like kid so that I cannot understand him at times. Especially when he says fishy fishy when I order that sandwich.

    I have had a similar experience with the Macdonalds by Amazon Fresh on 95th / rt 59 as well, but last several months there's been errors in every single order I have placed. Missing bites, wrong items, sometimes wrong items in the right wrapper so I don't know it's wrong until I open it up to eat it. 100% of the time, there's not been a single order that was fully correct. No matter how I place the order, app or drive thru

    Drive through was slow. Order was missing items: two orders french fries and one of two cheese Cheeseburgers. The one cheeseburger had a bucket of ketchup on it. Very poor quality even for McDonald's. Don't waste time going here

    Check your fries last couple times at this location my large fry was only half full so this time I opened the bag to check and found half empty large fry handed it back and send can you at least fill it up and the girl working the window acted like I was bothering her.
