This place is short staffed. I understand now is the era of resignation and job hopping, but it becomes annoying. You wait so long to be served, then you find the broth was not hot enough, then you wait another half an hour to get the bill. I want to support local business and my people cuisine but the staffing issue really gets to me. Which is a waste because, done correctly, their pho and bun bo Hue were good, flavorful and authentic. Two more things I should note are about the ambience. First the room is too bright for a restaurant setting. It is more like an office. Darker and warmer lighting helps people enjoy food more. And second, the choice of music is so poor. If you have enough attentiveness to put together a correct Vietnamese menu and teach staff to pronounce those words, then why cheapen the experience with western pop music of which lyrics are loaded with vulgar slang.

I've been looking for a good pho place and this is THE ONE! I got P2. Phở Đặc Biệt (aka special pho). Delicious broth and good portion of toppings. Customer service and atmosphere were great!

The food was great, and service was quick, which was nice. We didn’t have to wait much at all to be seated or get our orders taken, and the food came out quickly. This type of quick service is different from typical restaurants in the US, but I personally prefer it. The only issue was that one of our plates was a bit smudged, but our waitress apologized and replaced it quickly enough. Overall, this place is a great place for some authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Very good Vietnamese restaurant located in Plaines Plaza between the Asian Food Market and Planet Fitness. The menu is more or less extensive, featuring three main sections: 1) Pho rice noodles 2) Bành Mì (Vietnamese hoagies) 3) Rice plates There are also appetizers offered, but we are not sure it's the right choice due to really big portions served with your choice of either pho or rice plates. Quick service. The food preparation is good; particularly our pho choices - light, freshly tasting, and satisfying. Some vegetarian options are also available. The prices are very forgiving and budget-friendly. The interior is clean, and the seating is comfortable. A tip for diners: if you are to order the short rib pho, please be advised that two plates will be served, with one separate plate loaded with a gigantic bone with lots of gristle on it. That's in addition to a big bone inside your pho bowl.

Food were not bad. But more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants in central Jersey. Grill pork, grill beef and pork chop were tasty. Shredded pork was also good. But egg quiche is cold and pork chop only come with white rice, can’t choose fried rice. Fish sauce is not good. The broth of the pho was ok, can get better. Bánh Mì has too much liver pate, tasted not balanced. The restaurant is big, clean and bright.

I’ve been looking for authentic, good pho in jersey and this really nailed it. The chicken pho was amazing. My dad got banh mi and my sister got grilled pork vermicelli both which I tasted. Both were perfect. So excited to come back.

The foods are good and delicious. Services are fast and friendly. Very easy parking and medium price.

I've been to the South Plainfield and Plainsboro location. Both are consistent with their dishes. I ordered take out of the grilled pork over rice. This entree was salivating and met my expectations when it comes to Vietnamese food. Large dining room. Huge parking lot. I came here on a late Friday afternoon and did not have to wait to be served. 9.8/10
