I have pictures to prove everything. We had blood running down the walls in the bathroom the toilet seat was so lose we fell off the toilet. The door was busted in and wouldn't shut or lock right. We had dirty towels with blood on them and dark brown stuff. Among other things. But we were not happy and not what we expected as we were there for a funeral.

A friend of mine stayed here they are nice people the place makes you feel safe and at home. For workers it's a great place the rooms are comfortable very close to all stores. Just an affordable room if you need a place to stay. They are dog friendly just a good old fashioned rent a room with all that you need

Not a bad place to stay the manager is what makes it a one star stayed there for a extended stay and he first try to charge me a extra 600 on my bill. Once I moved out due to my job I paid what was owed and left. 2 weeks later he charged my card and extra 650 and said he didn’t know I moved out it has been 4 weeks now and no refund and manager won’t answer my calls or return them. He is a thief in my book. So if you need to stay in Plainview I recommend spending the extra and staying somewhere that won’t scam you.

The welcoming at front desk was great. The manager Roger was the reason I gave it a 5 star, he and all the staff were friendly. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. Everything at the hotel met our needs. Clean, quite and comfortable.

My sister opened the South door for access to our handicapped accessible room on Saturday night The door mechanism fell off. Sis is in a wheelchair; I use a cane and my hands were full. The desk clerk was walking down the hall about 12 to 15 feet from us. I called out to him for assistance. First he ignored me. Then I said, in a loud voice, "A little help here." He turned around and rudely said, "I'm not maintenance." He did remove the heavy part, begrudgingly. We will not be back.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I drove all night from Houston, were very tired and were just looking for a place to sleep for a few hours, we rented a room which we couldn't even stay in because it had not been cleaned. The bed was not made, sheets were not changed, there were empty soda bottles on the bedside table, no one had come by to clean the room that had been vacated and rent to us, we asked for a refund and left, it been 2 weeks and still no refund which we were told would take 3 days send to us despite multiple calls to management and promises of a refund. Do Not Stay Here.

things that r important when you stay in a motel how clean the bathroom is.... there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom other than that I enjoy staying there

Front desk clerk extremely helpful, room was clean. Will stay again

Guy at front desk was busy but stayed professional and got us a room pretty quick. The first light walking in our room did not work, tiles in bathroom looked like they were scrap pieces. Cleanliness was ok but not great.
