Myself, Marilyn, and her boyfriend have been dining at this establishment for years. The food and service was always outstanding. On a recent visit an inquiry was made regarding the delay on the order, the owner and server made some highly derogatory remarks to Marilyn. This is extremely unprofessional in the restaurant industry and something that I take very personally. As a result of this incident, we will not be coming back to this landmark restaurant ever again.

Not a fan at all. I got the steak and cheese because it was hyped up and it was not good at all. There was almost no meat even on it, and what was there did not taste right at all. My husband’s roast beef sub was the same way with very small amount of meat. Chicken fingers left a lot to be desired as well. Woman taking orders was pretty rude and didn’t let you get a word in. Definitely better options than this place.

This was my first time coming here and decided to try the steak and cheese. I couldn't wait to try their steak and cheese. They even post it on the sign in front of there building so i assumed it was a to die for sandwich. When i got my steak and cheese i could not believe that it barely had any meat on it. I just sent it back and wont waste my money or time coming back here. Waitress did offer to remake my sandwich but i declined. Most restaurants wouldn't serve that to someone like that. I would be embarrassed to serve this to a customer if i owned a restaurant. I've enclosed pics of the sandwich.

A party of 5 seated right away. We ordered Clam strips, a large bacon pizza and large BBQ Chicken pizza. Everything was tasty however the sauce on the bbq chicken pizza tasted like sweet and sour sauce rather than bbq. Service was quick and prices were decent for our party size.

Best pizza in the area, great customer service quiet ambience, good for a lunch date. Pizza we got was the 4 cheese pizza and it was so good. Definitely recommend

Roast beef hot grinder was excellent. Crunchy and tasty bread too. Same price as Subway, but way better food and service.

Pizza has a great crust which is necessary with a heavier pizza. Great presentation!! I think the sauce needs a little something, other than that, perfect. Great service!!

Couldn't be happier with the food or the service. As many restaurants respond to rising prices by adding more filler to their meatballs, I don't think Sax has resorted to such. The grinder I had today was spot-on what I expected and delicious. The staff was attentive and polite. And my mother only has good things to say about the place. Highly recommended.

I haven't been in at least 10 years or so. Same great taste. The best pizza in town.

I was order steak and cheese and they gave me some things look like hamburger and cheese???? Never go back again.

I had the pasta carbonara. It was very tasty, plenty of bacon and flavor. It was a very large portion.

Have eaten here many times and never had a problem and always liked everything. My group and I have tried the pizza, steak and cheese grinders and salads and they were all good. They have a great Cajun chicken salad and the best ranch dressing! I have always gotten takeout so I cannot vouch for the inside of the restaurant, but all of the staff I have talked to are incredible friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend them.

Always go there several times while visiting here . We are greeted like old family friends . Meatballs and sauce are great ! Pizza very good . Salad very fresh and crisp . Soups are delicious and home made . Love the pepper and egg sub

Probably one of the best roast beef sandwiches I've ever had.

I ordered eggplant rollatini ,it was so bitter and slimy , I had to throw it out ..I called to bring it to the restaurant attention ,simply said I don't no what to say we use it all the time ..I would not recommend this dish ,when eggplant is out of season ..I wasted 12.00 on a horrible dinner , I tried to salvage some it waste of time ... I was sharing with someone .So we had to reorder elsewhere .

I ordered a slice of pizza and steak n cheese sub. Both we equally delicious and very accomadating to some changes on what's on the menu. I ended up getting exactly what I came for; very comforting food and friendly, speedy service. Yum, that sub though!! Cant stopping thinking of it.

What can I say. Is there a shortage of pizza resturants? Of course not. This place however, is above the rest! Not only is the staff extremely nice, there steak and cheese is superb. Prices are more than reasonable, what more can you ask for? I plan on making this my goto stop.
