DO
NOT
STAY
HERE.
My
wife
and
I
stayed
here
with
our
children
for
two
nights
in
December.
We
selected
this
apartment-hotel
because
the
photos
made
it
seem
well-designed
and
the
location
appeared
convenient
for
journeys
into
the
aldstadt.
However,
this
is
hotel
catfishing
at
its
finest.
The
worst
part
of
our
stay
was
that
the
hotel
offers
laundry
facilities
for
guests,
but
the
Miele
dual
wash/dry
units
were
all
operative
but
broken.
The
hotel
staff
failed
to
notify
guests
that
the
drying
function
does
not
work
at
all.
We
washed
two
small
loads
of
laundry,
which
should
have
been
washed/dried
in
about
2
hours
and
45
minutes.
I
went
down
to
check
them
and
found
them
to
be
completely
wet.
I
figured
it
was
human
error,
so
separated
them
and
placed
them
in
four
separate
machines
to
run
the
“dry-only
setting”
but
the
clothes
never
became
dry.
I
went
downstairs
to
ask
help
from
the
staff
whom
were
in
the
midst
of
a
party
at
the
bar,
when
I
finally
got
their
attention
they
turned
asked
their
maintenance
manager
about
the
issue.
He
explained
that
all
of
the
units
were
not
working
so
there
appears
to
be
a
total
lack
of
communication
within
management
and
administration.
I
decided
to
ask
for
hangers
to
air
dry
all
of
the
clothes
which
also
took
quite
a
bit
of
time
because
the
staff
were
throwing
a
holiday
party
downstairs.
Our
rooms
were
so
hot
we
had
to
request
fans,
which
made
it
better
but
not
great.
The
rooms
were
also
completely
falling
apart,
as
others
have
stated
in
the
reviews,
which
we
did
not
read
ahead
of
time.
The
shelving,
pictures,
sofa
and
chair
were
damaged,
the
counters
were
stained.
Also,
the
bathroom
was
a
complete
mess,
towel
hooks
ripped
off
the
door,
showers
were
poorly
designed
and
leaked
water
all
over
the
floor
and
the
sink
was
clogged
and
leaking.
What
makes
stressful
situations
like
this
better
is
exemplary
customer
service;
they
did
not
provide
that
either
and
in
fact
seemed
to
resist
the
tenants
of
working
in
hospitality.
They
did
not
take
any
responsibility
and
seem
to
blame
guests
for
the
poor
experience.
