I am extremely happy with the treatment I have received. I was in 20+ week of pregnancy and had serious lower back issues (which was also result of my condition, discus hernia L5/S1). The treatment was great and special thanks goes to Frau Koch! Very knowledgeable and take great care in reviewing and treating my condition. I cannot recommend her more highly. She is extremely professional, informative and helpful. She proposed a series of exercises which I did for a couple of weeks and within that time noticed a huge improvement. Friendly and honest, great job!

I went yesterday to make an appointment at 04-05-2022. The answer was that they will me today and give me the appointments that I was needed. It’s supposed to call from 8 till 11 o’clock in the morning. They never made this call and i went from the physiotherapy. I was waiting 10 minutes till they ask me what i want. I asked why they didn’t gave me any info or why they didn’t made any call and the answer was we had no time to call you!!! “We are not interested in new patients”

I can only recommend! Good therapists and also at reception, everything went quite well. Unfortunately, sometimes few appointments are available, which speaks for the practice. I still got appointments at short notice, you can tell that the team is making an effort to help many patients. Thank you!

Many people could take an example from Ms. Triller, who is responsible for making appointments in the practice. With the patience of an angel, she also knows how to deal with difficult patients who react excessively aggressively if they don't get an appointment straight away or the therapist they want is not available. She always remains calm and friendly. The owners are really lucky to have such an employee. Congratulations!

The woman at the reception was called Triffel, Triller or something like that, she's definitely racist. As a new customer, I wanted to know when there were available appointments. I was totally nice and in a good mood. I said hello and waited until she finished her paperwork. She looked at me disgusted and then said that we never have free appointments for me. But completely arrogant. She would have killed me with her look. All that was missing was for her to kick me out. Don't go there people! If the old woman at reception is like that...

If I have to go to physiotherapy, I prefer to go to the Hofgartenen on Kaflerstrasse. It's easy to reach by public transport, and despite being quite busy, I finally got acceptable appointments from the friendly and patient lady at reception and the treatment was successful. What more do you want?

I was in the practice at the same time as my wife. I was very satisfied with the therapists as well as with the registration and organization. Therefore I don't understand the previous reviews at all. I'll come back any time.

Very bright, modern and friendly practice. Targeted and effective treatment. The therapist and registration were always friendly and committed. My symptoms have improved significantly and I would come back to the practice at any time if I needed more prescriptions or were in pain. Thank you for everything

The practice is great, from the therapists to the reception, who arrange appointments quickly, courteously and easily. Friendliness is very important here, I felt very comfortable at all times :) highly recommended.

Beautiful practice with a feel-good factor. The appointment processing was quick and uncomplicated. The receptionist went out of her way to give me as many appointments as possible. The entire team is very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely come back!
