I
ordered
a
Submariner
Bi-Color
from
Wempe
Munich
-
Weinstrasse
in
October
2020.
On
November
3rd,
2020
I
received
the
call
that
my
watch
would
have
arrived
and
that
it
was
reserved
for
14
days
(the
employee
on
the
phone
confirmed
this
several
times).
I
told
the
lady
that
I
would
pick
up
the
watch
on
Saturday,
November
14th,
2020.
On
Thursday,
November
12th,
2020
I
called
them
again
and
confirmed
that
I
would
come
on
Saturday
to
pick
up
the
watch.
Also
this
time
it
was
confirmed
to
me
that
no
problem
until
Saturday.
Now
I
arrived
at
Wempe
with
my
partner
on
Saturday,
November
14th,
2020,
at
first
the
Wempe
system
could
not
find
me
because
our
street
could
not
be
found
in
the
system
(the
street
in
our
settlement
has
been
around
for
about
5
years).
After
an
eternal
search
I
was
finally
found
under
a
different
street
name.
But
now
comes
the
hammer,
my
watch
was
no
longer
there,
but
was
sold
to
someone
else
on
November
7th,
2020.
Nor
was
it
considered
necessary
to
inform
me
about
it.
In
the
end
I
drove
almost
700
KM
for
nothing.
Unfortunately,
the
sales
advisor
and
the
watch
department
manager
Mr.
Christoulakis
only
half-hearted
apologies
and
it
was
pushed
on
the
language
barrier
of
the
staff
member
who
informed
me.
You
could
easily
confuse
2
and
14
days
for
someone
who
does
not
speak
German
as
their
mother
tongue.
I
would
now
be
prioritized
and
hopefully
it
would
work
out
soon.
At
Wempe
you
unfortunately
feel
as
if
you
have
to
beg
to
get
rid
of
your
€
13,000
in
their
shop.
Unfortunately,
I
can
only
advise
against
this
business
and
1
*
is
actually
still
rated
too
high.
Finally,
I
have
to
say
that
I
have
now
received
the
watch
from
Bucherer
in
Zurich
after
waiting
1
week.
There
the
whole
service
around
it
was
worlds
better
and
you
don't
have
to
feel
like
a
supplicant.
The
friendliness
and
advice
were
also
on
a
completely
different
level.
(Original)
Ich
hatte
bei
Wempe
München
-
Weinstrasse
im
Oktober
2020
eine
Submariner
Bi-Color
bestellt.
Am
3.11.2020
kam
der
Anruf
das
meine
Uhr
angekommen
wäre
und
sie
14
Tage
(
die
Mitarbeiterin
am
Telefon
hat
dies
mehrmals
bestätigt)
reserviert
ist.
Ich
sagte
der
Dame
das
ich
die
Uhr
am
Samstag
den
14.11.2020
abholen
komme.
Am
Donnerstag
den
12.11.2020
habe
ich
nochmal
dort
angerufen
und
bestätigt
das
ich
am
Samstag
komme
um
die
Uhr
abzuholen.
Auch
diesmal
wurde
mir
bestätigt,
alles
kein
Problem
bis
Samstag.
Nun
bin
ich
mit
meiner
Partnerin
am
Samstag
den
14.11.2020
bei
Wempe
angekommen,
erstmal
konnte
das
System
von
Wempe
mich
nicht
finden,
da
unsere
Strasse
nicht
im
System
gefunden
werden
konnte
(
die
Strasse
in
unserer
Siedlung
gibt
es
seit
ca.
5
Jahren).
Nach
ewiger
Suche
wurde
ich
dann
doch
noch
gefunden
unter
einem
anderen
Strassennamen.
Doch
nun
kommt
der
Hammer,
meine
Uhr
war
nicht
mehr
da,
sondern
wurde
am
7.11.2020
schon
an
jemand
anderen
verkauft.
Man
hielt
es
auch
nicht
für
nötig
mich
darüber
zu
informieren.
Am
Ende
bin
ich
knapp
700
KM
für
nichts
gefahren.
Leider
kamen
dann
vom
Verkaufsberater
und
dem
Abteilungsleiter
Uhren
Hr.
Christoulakis
nur
halbherzige
Entschuldigungen,
und
es
wurde
auf
die
Sprachbarriere
der
Mitarbeiterin
geschoben,
die
mich
informiert
hat.
Man
könnte
ja
2
und
14
Tage
leicht
verwechseln
bei
jemand
der
nicht
die
Muttersprache
Deutsch
hat.
Man
würde
mich
nun
priorisieren
und
es
werde
hoffentlich
bald
klappen.
Bei
Wempe
kommt
man
sich
leider
so
vor
als
müsste
man
betteln
um
seine
13000
€
bei
ihnen
im
Geschäft
loswerden
zu
dürfen.
Ich
kann
von
diesem
Geschäft
leider
nur
abraten
und
1*
ist
eigentlich
noch
zu
hoch
bewertet.
Zum
Abschluss
ist
noch
zu
sagen,
dass
ich
die
Uhr
nun
bei
Bucherer
in
Zürich
nach
einer
Wartezeit
von
1
Woche
erhalten
habe.
Dort
war
auch
der
ganze
Service
drum
herum
um
Welten
besser
und
man
muss
sich
nicht
wie
ein
Bittsteller
fühlen.
Auch
die
Freundlichkeit
und
Beratung
waren
auf
einem
ganz
anderen
Level.
