Great service!! I bought a new watch from CHRIST and went the next day to adjust the size, the watchmaker was super friendly he even adjusted my second watch for free.

I recently had my ears pierced here, they gave me instructions for using earrings and ear treatment + treatment liquid. Inexpensive, painless and quick, I recommend this place at least for a piercing service. I haven't bought jewelry or watches here yet, nor used any other service, so I cannot tell you anything about CHRIST in this way.

Good sorted, prices are OK and service, if you get one is mostly friendly. Last time, it was very crowded, and we waited for over 25 min for someone to help us with the watches.

Disappointed by the customer service. I called on Saturday to inquire about an ear piercing appointment for my daughter‘s birthday. I was told that I did not need an appointment as long as we arrived before 18:00. We arrived at 17:00 on the following Monday. After waiting in the front for 15 minutes, an employee approached us. After hearing our request, the employee told us we should have made an appointment and asked us to come back another day.
