Even
one
star
is
too
many,
I
felt
so
bad
in
this
clinic.
On
a
Monday
in
July
2021,
I
had
to
wait
at
the
ZNA
from
1
p.m.
to
7
p.m.
with
a
multiple
kneecap
fracture
and
severe
pain
until
I
was
finally
brought
to
the
ward.
After
1.5
hours
in
the
hallway
in
the
ZNA,
I
was
pushed
into
a
3-person
examination
room
where
curtains
separated
me
from
the
others.
So
I
was
there
from
2:30
p.m.
to
7
p.m.
with
a
short
break
to
do
an
RTG.
At
the
ZNA
the
staff
was
more
than
unfriendly,
they
never
once
asked
me
whether
I
was
in
pain
or
whether
I
needed
painkillers,
and
an
employee
was
only
able
to
take
the
blood
sample
on
the
6th
attempt,
even
though
my
veins
could
be
clearly
seen
.
My
daughter,
who
wanted
to
come
over
later
and
bring
me
my
things,
was
only
allowed
in
for
a
very
short
time
to
give
me
my
clothes.
When
I
was
already
very
hungry
and
thirsty
around
5
p.m.,
my
daughter
still
wouldn't
allow
me
to
get
anything
to
eat
or
drink.
In
total
I
was
on
the
ZNA
for
6
hours
without
being
able
to
eat
or
drink
anything
or
being
able
to
"go"
to
the
toilet
and
all
in
very
severe
pain.
During
that
time,
no
one
asked
me
if
I
needed
help
or
if
they
could
do
anything
for
me.
When
I
mentioned
this
I
was
treated
very
rudely.
When
I
finally
got
to
the
ward
around
7
p.m.,
they
didn't
ask
me
if
I
was
in
pain
and
they
even
forgot
my
thrombosis
injection.
I
had
to
ring
the
bell
around
11
p.m.
and
ask
about
it.
During
the
visit
on
Tuesday,
the
senior
doctor
said
that
my
leg
was
too
swollen
to
operate
on
and
that
we
should
wait
and
see.
Despite
this,
a
junior
doctor
came
in
the
afternoon
and
said
I
would
have
an
operation
on
Wednesday
(i.e.
the
next
day).
Afterwards
the
anesthetist
came
and
asked
if
I
was
taking
the
prescribed
painkillers
and
pantoprazole.
I
then
told
her
that
I
hadn't
had
them
in
the
hospital
yet.
The
nurse
didn't
even
ask
if
I
was
in
pain
and
when
I
dared
to
ring
the
bell
(once
a
day
at
most)
I
only
got
an
annoyed
look
on
my
face.
The
anesthetist
probably
gave
the
order
because
I
was
given
my
medication
afterwards.
Only
the
anesthetist
from
the
medical
team
was
nice
to
me
during
my
stay,
as
were
the
pick-up
and
delivery
service
and
the
operating
room
staff.
Unfortunately,
this
does
not
include
the
sister
on
the
ward.
After
the
operation,
my
vital
signs
were
not
checked
once,
I
was
not
asked
whether
I
was
in
pain,
I
only
received
my
prescribed
medication
from
you
and
the
thrombosis
injection.
Since
I
was
in
a
cast
from
my
butt
to
the
end
of
my
foot
and
was
in
a
lot
of
pain,
I
couldn't
go
to
the
toilet
alone.
Like
at
the
beginning,
when
I
rang
the
bell
for
a
bedpan
I
just
got
an
annoyed
look
on
my
face,
so
I
had
to
ask
my
daughter
to
buy
me
an
adult
diaper
so
I
could
use
it.
In
summary,
I
never
want
to
have
to
come
to
this
clinic
again,
99%
of
the
nurses
don't
do
their
job
at
all
or
don't
do
it
properly.
I
don't
have
any
major
complaints
with
the
doctors,
except
for
the
one
who
discharged
me,
because
he
just
handed
me
the
discharge
letter
and
left
without
me
being
allowed
to
ask
anything.
Despite
the
fact
that
I
said
that
my
husband
couldn't
pick
me
up
until
the
afternoon,
I
was
"kicked
out"
of
the
room
at
11am
and
had
to
wait
in
the
lounge
area
until
4:30pm
in
a
very
bad
position
for
my
sore
kneecap
must.
I
won't
even
go
back
for
a
check.
I
never
thought
a
university
hospital
could
be
so
bad.
