I did the Photon class and while I really enjoyed it, I wished there was an instructor to make hands on adjustments. Jameson (?) at the front desk was a delight, so helpful and kind while I adjusted to a new experience. The facilities are really modern and clean, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was how great it smelled! I have 3 recommendations to make it a perfect experience: 1. plastic baggies for wet clothes after a session (the uptown location offers these) 2. conditioner in the shower (not a big deal) 3. potentially an instructor to make hands on adjustments. I will be back!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE going there. I am taking a few month break for personal health reason and will be back as soon as I can. I went to hot yoga in Miami, NJ, New York and this spot in Dallas area turned out to be my favorite ever. So easy to schedule, classes are so peaceful yet challenging, they provide yoga mats and towels for showers. Service is 5 out 5. Plus super friendly stuff. Its a local gem

I am a long time Sunstone member. I did not know what to expect from the change to Alive! at this location. I attended 2 classes this week and really enjoyed both. The owner has done a fantastic job with the 'new' studio. The audio teaching and visuals are well-paced and thoughtfully constructed. The facilities have had a makeover and look great. The studio is very peaceful, and it is easy to get in and out of class. There are more class times to choose from at this location, which is very convenient for my non-traditional schedule. Great job!

If you love yoga and fitness and have not checked out the ALIVE Plano studio, that should be on your list of New Year's resolutions. The revamped studio is modern, clean, offers classes every 30 minutes, and has virtual and live instructors both. The virtual instruction is extremely well done, and I have loved those classes. I've been a loyal Sunstone member for over 10 years. They keep evolving with the market and always strive to create a great experience for their yoga and fitness fans. It's so easy to view their schedule online and register right there. Even though the pandemic kept me out of the studio for almost two years (I took advantage of their fantastic online videos at that time), I kept up my membership to support them because I love this studio.

This studio is practically my second home. So grateful for the wonderful classes offered every 30 minutes, clean rooms, and amazing staff. I live in Las Colinas and while there is a studio right by me, the atmosphere of Alive has me hooked and is definitely worth the commute for me. I know whenever I come into Alive, I’m able to silence all the external noise life brings and really focus on my mental and physical health during class. It’s truly my favorite hour of the day!

I was looking for a clean place to begin my yoga journey again. This by far blew away my expectations. The staff is wonderful. The classes are all challenging in their own way. They have so many different levels it’s perfect for what you need that day. I look forward to going and what the classes do for me.

I really like the convenience of having a class every 30 minutes, having towel and mat without having to pay extra, cleanliness and very pleasant staff. I took a while to get used to moving from an instructor led studio to this one led largely by videos. Videos are very class. But they have started some instructor led classes. I attend 3-4 classes a week, month 8 for me and planning to continue. Go Alive🙏

Going to Alive studio has been become a routine, an awesome environment detoxify, cleanse with heat and humidity after a long day. Love this place, perfect combination of yoga and fitness with variety of classes, neat and clean. Nothing beats flexibility offered by a well-designed class every 30 minutes, great for those with a busy schedule, not knowing when can be off work, there always a 9:00PM class. Like the new lineup of classes after Thanksgiving, extra heat Photon, flow/strength/cardio mixes Nucleus. Keep getting better!

Love the flexibility of times, new Nucleus and Glow flow classes! I have overtime got into virtual instruction, however, the lighting still bothers me. I wish they would have bright lights most of the time. It would also be very nice to have live instructions or adjusters. Overall, it’s a great experience. I’ve been a member since 2014 and I don’t plan to change anytime soon!!

I love SunstoneFit/alive studio so much. It’s a great yogis community. Enjoy every class it offers. Made a lot friends in this place.

Recently went to my first Alive class and the immersion virtual class was a cool concept. However the studio was not clean, the big mirrors and screens were filthy and covered in handprints, sweat marks and smudges, it was very distracting. The floors were also dirty, as was the locker room with an overflowing garbage can, I hope the mats were actually wiped down but I doubt it. Not sure about other locations but the Plano one needs some help.
