I
came
to
this
place
because
it
had
good
reviews.
The
food
was
decent,
but
the
service
I
must
say
was
quite
lacking.
The
waitress
was
nice,
but
I
never
got
my
tea
refilled
one
time,
nor
did
I
get
the
bread
that
is
supposed
to
come
with
my
entree.
And
most
every
time
you
let
waitstaff
know
about
something
that
is
missing,
you're
almost
done
eating
by
the
time
they
realize
what
you
said
was
missing
20
minutes
ago.
Before
I
even
ordered,
I
was
wanting
to
try
their
onion
rings
that
I
heard
so
much
about,
only
to
discover
that
if
you
want
to
substitute
a
side
for
some
onion
rings,
there
is
a
SIX
DOLLAR
CHARGE
to
do
so--and
that's
only
for
a
HALF
order.
Thinking
this
was
quite
exorbitant,
I
informed
the
manager
about
it
and
he
agreed
when
I
told
him
the
onion
rings
should
be
offered
as
a
normal
side
with
possibly
a
$1
charge
to
upgrade.
That
sounded
reasonable.
So
he
offered
to
give
me
some
onion
rings
for
free
when
my
meal
came
out.
Well,
they
never
came.
I
informed
the
waitress
of
what
the
manager
had
told
me
and
she
said
"I'll
go
check
but
our
kitchen
is
really
slammed
right
now."
So
right
then
I
knew
I
wasn't
going
to
get
my
onion
rings.
So
we
got
up
to
pay,
and
while
we
were
standing
in
line
at
the
register,
the
manager
looked
me
straight
in
the
eye
and
didn't
acknowledge
me
or
offer
any
words
of
apology
as
the
situation
would
call
for.
Then
on
top
of
that,
when
I
asked
the
cashier
if
they
offered
a
veterans
discount,
he
had
to
ask
the
manager
(The
same
one
who
neglected
to
give
me
my
onion
rings
after
offering
to
do
so)
if
they
offered
such
a
discount
and
the
manager
told
him
no.
And
he's
standing
right
in
front
of
us
knowing
that
he
promised
us
something
and
didn't
deliver
it,
and
still
no
discount.
Needless
to
say
I
will
never
return
to
this
place
again.
