Had a new hygienist, have to admit, I was a little uncomfortable. But afterwards, I was very very pleased. She did a great job. As to why I keep driving 2 hours to Parkway Vista Dental.

I have been going to Parkway Dental for over 15 years and they are outstanding on everything they do, dental and teeth cleaning. I give them 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Once in the office, it is a smooth operation with a great dental hygienist. She is very thorough and explains everything. She is also quite gentle. The doc herself is efficient and brief. It was obvious from talking to her she does NOT over prescribe..(trying to sell unnecessary services). The office staff probably needs to up their game. So 1) Be willing to send out emails to save the date. 2) Follow up on insurance information actively. (Make sure you have the insurance information, Send out billing estimates well before the appointment date) 3) Send appointment meeting notices so folks can easily get it into their calendar. Other opportunities for improvement: 1) Pre appointment paper work should be done prior to the appointment on the website. (updateable pdf or form) 2) Their may be problems with their email system. Example: insurance PDFs seem to get stripped out of emails.

This dental practice is absolutely superb. The staff is professional and keep the patients calm and answer all of your questions. Dr Kamali is so skilled and gentle! Don’t hesitate to ask questions. You will be satisfied with this experience. Speak with Amy when you call for your appointment! She is very helpful and does not hesitate to answer all of your questions and is gentle. You will be very happy with the level of care. I am very pleased with the entire team. I give them the very best compliment recommendation. I know you will be impressed with this group as I have been!!!

Dr. Kamali and her team are the best team in Dentistry. Shout out to Josh the Hygienist who cleaned my teeth. I have been a patient for 9 years and my experience has always been 5 stars.

The dentist, Bita Kamali, does not care about her patients at all. The hygienists are all very nice. She’s cold and has a bad attitude. There’s zero communication between you and the dentist. You will talk to hygienists and if you ask to speak to her, she gives you an attitude like you bothered her. Go somewhere else.

My hygienist was great, very nice and caring. The dentist however does not show she cares for her patients at all. I had to get some fillings and she was very cold, had poor communication, and they accidentally sprayed me 4 times in the face with water. The dentist and assistant also left the room midway through to do something with another patient for 5-10 minutes without more than a word or two. As of now I presume her demeanor has to do with confidence in herself, we’ll see how the fillings are tomorrow. Don’t go here if you have dental anxiety, they won’t make you feel comfortable.

As a sufferer of “dental office” anxiety, from the staff all the way to the dentist herself, all are so welcoming and gentle with the entire experience. It has made me overcome my fear of making regularly scheduled visits for cleaning and other serious work if needed. My first visit to Parkway Vista was for an emergency root canal with crowns, and all-in-all, a positive experience! I would highly recommend this office to anyone with dental office fears, in search of a new dentist or just to get regular check-ups!

Dr Kamali is the best! As a child, I was traumatized when it came to visiting the dentist so I had put it off for so long. Dr Kamali has made sure every time I was in for a procedure that I didn’t feel uncomfortable and pain. I highly recommend her. She is greatly skilled ,kind and caring.
