This mall is very nice!!! The decor is gorgeous in here. Usually food courts look like college cafeterias but this food court design feels more like Barnes and Noble lol. It is two floors and has a huge range of store options. The kids play area is very impressive. It looks like a city with streets and has trucks along the way. It’s very cute! The Crayola Experience is here as well and my kids love it!! It does cost to get into but is huge inside and you can spend hours there.

Haven't been here in a few years, and it's changed quite a bit. Declined significantly. Most of the stores are small businesses selling odd trinkets and there were sooo many vacancies. Reminds me of Valley View or Collin Creek right before they shut down. The Christmas decorations were nice though. I guess I'll try again in a few years.

I visited this shopping center on a Sunday afternoon, and it seemed not that busy. The environment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There is a big playground for children and families, and it is right next to the stores selling snacks and ice cream. The choices in food court are quite limited, and many popular fashion brands could not be found here. I quite like Club Monaco and J.Crew, neither of them is here.

This mall is pretty dead, approximately 30-40% of the shops are vacated, one store was closing when we were there. We went on a Saturday and it was very empty. The decor was super nice, you can tell it wants to be a high end mall but didn't pan out that way. Compare to Stonebriar Center in Frisco it's like night and day. They are all set up for Santa photo and the plaza outside is all decked out for Christmas though. A few more bathrooms would've been nice.

Busy weekend or a leisure time on a weekday, this place is like a fresh air…amazing to hangout and perfect for family fun time, perfect for kids to enjoy at crayola. Don’t miss out on the delicious food…many options and great variety. If you wish to explore some quality time with family with good food, shopping and kids activity, it wont disappoint you.

I was Shocked when spoke to an employee at a major store at the Mall. He said and I quote There are malls 5 miles away on either side of us! Shameful! Car dealers deliberately zone next to each other in every state ll! We all know what a difficult year it's been . But the employee continued to tell me some businesses gave up refusing to open! Omg Florida has NEVER closed for business. Of course some stores closed but what I saw was a sin. If I owned this mall it would be thriving! There were shoppers . Poor attitude and terrible management. So everyone's leases are forgiven? California Puzza Kitchen was busy. The best burgers in the world never opened . Dillard's really White Black ? Where am I ? Good marketing and careful planning as a united force would reignite this mall. 😀 Failure is no excuse. THE employee not at California Puzza Kitchen by the way a clothing major chain said our online sales are skyrocketing! Sure We are Americans we fight for business no matter what. Get my favorite dream team there Dalkas Cowboys 🤠💙 Do event The roads are jammed . Where are they going ? Clearly to the other malls with better ideas 💡 for getting people there. Turn off TV put on your mask get vacinbated and help these businesses survive.

It is a great mall to walk. It is not crowded. Please note a lot of the stores are closing. It is a beautiful mall. It is a shame.

This is a upscale local mall in the Plano Carrollton area. It unfortunately opened right after 9/11 years ago and since it's placed in the upscale market, it is struggled somewhat against the larger more established Galleria Mall several miles to the south. It's got some good stores and easy accessibility from the tollway and Park boulevard. It's certainly worth going to.

Stopped at Willow Bend today to get a snack. Was so surprised to see so many stores had closed down. And the food court also was empty. Only 3 places to eat. Did see a really cool robot. Sadly no information about the artist.

Beautiful mall, excellent interior and decent food court and really good restaurants outside. Unfortunately it looks like it is struggling at the moment, but then which mall isn't these days.

Nice shopping complex with lot of branded shops.I felt the main attraction of this shopping complex is they have lot is shops dedicated to art works. You can see those art shops in the second floor of the complex. It is very well maintained. There is enough space for parking outside the mall

The food court sucks there’s literally like a Charlie’s a Mediterranean maybe like another spot or two to grab a bite for the most part. It is air-conditioned and plenty of seating good place to walk around and get exercise on this hot summer days. Welcome to Willow Bend.

Small but decent mall with stores like Macys, Express, Banana Republic, Sun Glass Hut, etc. Rest area, Play Area for kids and the huge parking space are the highlights. It would’ve been great if they had theaters but it’s still a great place for locals to spend time over weekends.

The Shops at Willow Bend is your everyday mall with a high end flavor on the selection of stores. The usual stores are present, like Macy's and Dillards, there is Supreme and Neiman Marcus along with mixed with repair stores, as well as Crate and Barrel right outside the mall. For your workout needs there is Equinox the luxury gym. This mall even has The Crayola Experience, Enchanted Fairies and Paint my Pottery. The mall did seem a little light with a number of stores closed but I believe it will pick back up.

Excellent place to come and have a great time with your family. Crayola Land, Pottery classes and play place for the little ones plus the shops that we all love. Aesthetic, cute and excellent gallery arts. Lovely place. Beautiful and yummy restaurants. Very easy to arrive to the Mall, is to the right just after coming out of the expressway.

The mall is ok, I wouldn’t come back tho it’s really low in stores and there’s lots of stores closing down. It’s probably the only mall to go to when u just want to walk around

Beautiful mall and modern structure but unfortunately Willow Bend does not have many stores or brands… a lot of empty stores throughout the mall.

A good place with good options to roam around in this area. Must visit if you want to shop and relax

Beautiful mall. Granite everything, beautiful lighting. Great location. Super clean top to bottom. Lots of shop vacancies and low foot traffic even on a beautiful fall saturday. I recommend getting more shops at whatever cost of low rent income. Maybe think outside of the box for possible renters. Without foot traffic existing shops will continue to struggle.

Very nice mall. Loved the food court and how clean everything was. Also nice to have a mall that doesn’t have middle kiosk employees bugging you. My husband and I both agreed that all the employees were friendly.

Good experience @ Willow bend! Nice stores, big brands including jewellery stores, Crayola experience for kids! Kids can enjoy the indoor train ride and even a nice small play area for toddlers. One time visit for sure!

Very attractive mall. Lots of neat shops and higher end options. Shoutout to the store Order 66! Only issues are: 1. The elevators were on and off in service 2. The maps to the mall are pretty poorly made. Though it is fun to just explore the area anyway.

We come here mostly on rainy days because of the adorable play area for kids. My 2yo loves it! All the play structures are cushioned and there is only 1 entrance/exit so it's easy to make sure your kid doesn't leave or get taken. They keep it very clean.

This is an awesome mall....me and my kids were having a wonderful great day until I let them ride the animals at LONESTAR TRAIN AND ANIMAL RIDES! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! First the guy tells me he's about to take another customer on a train ride so if I want my kids to ride then they need to ride for 10 minutes for $10 each, I said ok no problem. I thought it was strange he kept my card but he said for security reasons. Then he tells me if my 8 year old daughter crashes he'll have to charge me a fine. So I walked beside her the whole time. Then he comes back from the train ride yelling at me and my kids saying we went the wrong way and if he gets a fine then he will fine me then he tells me when we were done that he was going to fine me any ways because we went the wrong direction. He never told us at the beginning that we couldn't go any certain way. He Refused to give my card back until I agreed to the fine. It's not even the money I'm so upset about, I'm just in total disbelief of this man's dishonest behavior and the scam he's running!

This mall offers a calm atmosphere, it's almost never crowded. Some stores are closed during business hours, which I guess means they don't have many customers or it's slow due to the pandemic. The food court doesn't have many options anymore, they closed Chick-fil-A, Sonic, the pizza place, etc. They now only have, the bobba tea, the Mediterranean food (delicious btw) and 2 others, which names I can't recall. It's always very clean and well maintained, but if you're planning on doing some shopping, I strongly suggest you call the store you're interested in, ahead of time, just to make sure it's actually open. Overall is a nice mall which I enjoy visiting, specially the department stores which ARE open.

Honestly the mall is super super nice with new renovations but a lot of tenants have left. What happened to this mall is they defaulted on a $137 million dollar renovation loan and are now this month in the process of being transitioned to new owners who believe they can turn it around. It will be good again I believe. Great location and very nice and clean. May take a while to get there though.

Sketchers: employees were very helpful. When they didn't have the right size they called around and found a store for us. Small store but great staff.

Beautiful atmosphere outside is extremely pleasant and peaceful. But, you can tell its on its way to its death. The mall is maybe 60% occupied. Apple was a real draw, especially being the 3rd oldest apple store. Restaurants are nicer more expensive. Overall a good chill spot.
