Melanie was super helpful and talked through what she was doing. She did eyebrow wax and suggested an eyelash tint for summer and I tried it out and love the way it came out. No more mascara for me! Will go back. The place was clean and they took their time but also didn't take forever.

The girls are Awesome! Marquisa usually does my lashes & does Amazing. I saw Stephanie today & she did amazing as well. I like a natural full classic & they do not disappoint. I Highly recommend them both.

I came to the Lush Lofts for the first time. Morgan made me feel very comfortable . The place was clean , quiet atmosphere . She is absolutely great , very professional. Morgan answered all my questions and also shared the contacts of her colleagues where I can get another service (manicure, facials and others) She is the BEST ! I'm so thankful . I am looking forward for next visit. Definitely recommended!

I really loved the service and how friendly the staff is, I got my eyebrows laminated and tinted for an upcoming trip. The brows were dark when I left the shop, but later on that day they had turned light ( I had not touched them in anyway ) . I came back so they could darken them and use a darker color . I went on my trip and once I had returned my eyebrows had went back to normal. The tint disappeared and the thickness decreased rapidly. I took care of them as directed but I don’t think I’ll personally be going back for another brow lamination + tint after it returning back to its natural state after only 4 days. Not worth $95. But again loved the friendlyness and service !

I was happy with my first service, but after reaching out to NICOLE about my lashes being almost completely gone I was furious when I was asked to pay $80.00 which then I asked why? Paying $80.00 way less then two weeks, ladies save your money what a rip off I thought it was ridiculous since I’ve had half of them for only 10 days! I will never go back and I will sure let family and friends know how I was treated.

Amazing all around .. I've been taking my niece here for about 10 months and every person from the owner to the lash techs are absolutely amazing and the work and artistry is unmatched my niece has always loved her lashes
