The Braid Queen gives great customer service, a positive experience, and great work. I love the positive energy she gives. I loved my braid pinned up bun and the October Special. Ms. Tunya is not only great at her craft but she is uplifting and funny. I love going to see her because not only do I know without a shadow of a doubt that she will do me right, but I have the best convos with her!!! She is very professional, upfront and delivers on every style I’ve requested. She helps me and suggests ways to accomplish the style I want based on my hair, my hair needs and any hair struggles I have. You will not feel shamed if you show up with ‘not the healthiest’ hair in town, instead you will feel loved and you encouraged! She just installed some boho knotless braids for me yesterday and I was left speechless because it was way better than the Google picture I sent her. You won’t be disappointed, run to her!!
