We
visited
the
Walmart
Health
Dentist
office
today.
To
say
it
was
a
great
experience
would
be
an
understatement.
My
2
daughters
were
seen
and
the
moment
we
walked
in
we
were
greeted
by
Deja
who
welcomed
us
and
checked
us
in.
The
personal
attention
given
by
the
Dental
assistants
Maria
and
Ernesto
was
thorough
and
they
performed
x-rays.
Dr.
Truong’s
bedside
manner
during
her
exam
was
by
far
the
best
experience
we’ve
had
in
a
long
time.
She
listened
to
the
concerns
of
each
of
my
girls
and
actually
addressed
them
to
make
sure
they’re
felt
they
were
cared
for.
Valerie
went
over
the
dental
plan
once
Dr.
Truong
gave
her
recommendation,
including
the
pricing
and
what
our
insurance
did
and
did
not
cover.
There
were
no
surprises
when
it
came
to
the
price
of
the
treatment.
Then
the
dental
hygienists,
Massiel,
Nichole
&
Gail
came
in
and
made
the
cleaning
process
so
smooth
as
relaxing
as
a
cleaning
could
be.
As
we
checked
out
Patricia
let
us
know
to
expect
an
after
visit
summary
and
we
were
scheduled
for
their
next
appointment
in
6
months.
They
thanked
us
for
trusting
them
with
our
health
care
needs.
The
facility
itself
was
clean
and
inviting.
The
waiting
room
was
a
comfortable
temperature
and
the
furniture
was
comfortable
too!
