Coffee is so good! Ordered a cinnamon rush latte and loved it! Has a big downstairs and upstairs area for lounging.

Such a cute place and good coffee! I got the cold brew with Almond milk and white mocha. Also got the turtle frappe but it wasn't as good. Chicken pesto wrap was delicious. I'd love to go when they do the comedy show! Outside is lovely as well

My complaint isn’t with the food (even though you’d think as a business owner you’d want to keep a consistent menu and not change it in the middle of the day), but how you run your management. The way your staff is treated is HORRIBLE and I’m surprised no one’s gone to the news yet and you’re lucky they haven’t. I know a lot of stuff, and aside from you trying to sell SPOILED MILK to your customers and your employees had to stop you from doing so… why do you work TWO people in a shift for one of the most popular coffee shops in our town? I know multiple employees who talk about how EXHAUSTING it is, and the concept doesn’t make sense? Two people… for a register in front, a register to cater to people outside, and they still have to make sandwiches and drinks with lines out the door. I’ve witnessed multiple customers say “you guys need more people” and aside from you guys turning a blind eye to that… the manager, (mainly the female one) will constantly bend the rules to cater to one specific customer which, not only 1 makes a inconsistent experience for when they visit, but 2 the employee who is following the rules YOU told them, is left looking dumb because you wanna cater to a customer rather then sticking to the rules you told the employee to stick by… it’s so unprofessional and again makes your employees look wrong for just doing their job. I feel HORRIBLE for the staff working there and there’s A LOT more I know that I haven’t said. I really hope you guys realize what you’re doing wrong. I respect that you’ve built something from the ground up but you still need to look after your employees and that’s something me and many other people feel like.

During our visit to Plant City, FL, we had the pleasure of stopping by Krazy Kup, and what a delightful experience it was! The superb coffee and delicious food, coupled with the vibrant, nostalgic decor, offered us a taste of the local culture that is hard to find these days. But what made our visit truly special was the exceptional staff. They welcomed us with open arms, making us feel like part of the community. We also loved the idea of their upstairs loft and private meeting room, perfect for gatherings and events. Even though we were only there once, it felt like a place where memories are made, music is enjoyed, conversations flourish, and flavors not only delight the palate, but also touch the spirit. Our experience at Krazy Kup left a lasting impression. If you're considering moving to Plant City or just passing through, do yourself a favor and make a stop at Krazy Kup. Trust us, it's an experience you won't want to miss.

The reviews stand for themselves and if they don’t just look on every wall and you can find a number of awards for just how amazing this little coffee shop truly is. We had a communication error during check out however they were so gracious and remedied the issue. That said everything we sampled was absolutely delicious by far my favorite and also the best biscotti that I’ve ever had I encourage you to give us try their chocolate walnut biscotti. The beverages also offer charcoal infused tea as a way to detoxify and also turmeric and ginger selections as well for those of us trying to achieve that healthy brain gut balance Hands-down one of the top three coffee shops I’ve ever been to internationally

Love visiting the Krazy Cup for their live music events upstairs. The Bluegrass nights are our favorites! Love the small venue (around 50 seats) atmosphere! The coffee and pastries are exceptional too!

This is such an adorable place. The atmosphere was unique, cozy, and charming. The staff was helpful and friendly. I got an oat milk latte and my friend a Chai tea. Both were delicious, but we both would have liked them a bit stronger. We were really sad we weren't able to come back and enjoy the live music due to a conflicting event.

Very cute set up! Tried the daily brew which tasted like a very rich dark roast which was very delicious! And the raspberry cheese croissant was amazing! Staff was very friendly and efficient! Very relaxed atmosphere! I definitely recommend this place whether you live here or are from out of town! 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Let me start by saying it was a Saturday morning around 930am. However, from the time I walked in, then out, it took over 20 minutes for a single cup of cold brew. I am not sure why, as there only appeared to be about 4 people ahead of me. With 3 workers I get it, but not for a cold brew. Coffee was decent, and atmosphere was awesome.

Always a calming atmosphere, but upstairs I used to attend acoustic concerts hosted here! That experience was fun too! I do not come here more than once a month, but when I do it has good service, unique decor, beverages, food, snacks, searing options, and bathrooms. There are lots of nearby parking spots too!

Biscuit sandwiches were HUGE and delicious. Try the Kona Cream sauce! Coffees have all been amazing so far as well, and everyone is so friendly.

The staff were all very friendly. They offered to warm up my chocolate muffin which was lovely. The atmosphere is a very eclectic cool vibe. My coffee and muffin were delicious.

I had a simple iced caramel latte. This simple drink that so so many coffee shops cannot get right. But Krazy Kup pulled it off. Is a great perfect latte. The kind where you could taste a dark Columbian roast espresso and it was lightly sweetened with the caramel. It all starts at the bean and they're beans as good. However we did not enjoy their cinnamon rolls or breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast sandwich was super super salty and cinnamon roll just didn't taste like a cinnamon roll.

Absolutely adorable coffee cafe with an assortment of baked goods plus a full menu coffee bar. I only wish the employees that worked there were as adorable and nice. Came in for a basic cup of coffee. I was the only customer in shop and it seemed I ‘bothered’ the 3 girls working behind the counter. They were snotty, slow and rude. Again, a basic cup of Java..go figure. I did tip them but don’t know why. Next time I’ll go somewhere else. Oh..coffee was good but not worth the attitude.

The place is adorable! Parking was difficult but I was able to snag a street parking. I got the London Fog, which was delicious, and one of their chicken wraps. I was a little disappointed to see it was a cold wrap and didn't see anything online saying it would be, but otherwise it was good!

I've been going to Krazy Kup since they opened. I have performed in their music venue, and the owners are great people. The coffee is always good, and the decor is awesome. It's a great place to catch up with friends or to experience some great music!

Atmosphere is so cute! My fiance and I got an iced chai latte and coffee with a chocolate crossiant. Everything was fresh and delicious. Great location to walk around in and there's a cute alleyway next to the building you can sit and chill at. Park is across the street. Highly recommend!

This is a cool coffee shop with a TON of character. It’s located in historic downtown Plant City, Florida. It offers both indoor and outdoor seating and has great atmosphere. They regularly have live musicians and events. The coffee is great and is most definitely the best place for coffee in Plant City.

I don't appreciate being prompted for high gratuity when the cashiers are just handing me a muffin and don't even bother to say thanks or have a good day or anything. I tell them "Thank you" and they just say Of course! So, I stopped tipping. The rich owners are responsible for employee wages; stop passing it off on your customers when the employees provide very minimal service. They're not waitstaff at a restaurant; we shouldn't be aggressively shaken down for tips.
