I ordered the combination platter, boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice and the ribs were so dry I couldn't eat them. The rice had one only one little piece of pork. I called to let them know the situation, I was told the manager would call me back. She called and asked me to bring the food back. Well it did not go well. I felt like I did something wrong. She didn't give me my money back she gave us chicken and changed us full price and my son and I didn't even ate half of the food. It's a shame 😔they call it New York style. I'll never eat there again.

If they were in China they would be a laughing stock for years to joke about.. So far one of the worst places to eat at..but when you don't know what it's supposed to tasta like I guess you can't complain...For me I do know the difference and sadly I can't leave a Zero Star!!! But save your money for the frozen food section and get it from there at least..

Do not eat here they charged my sons bank card over 10 times and will not refund his money they say he paid in cash which je did not his bank card they said did not go through so he ised his cash app card then as they are driving away from restaurant he started receiving notification after notification that his card was being charged over 240 dollars for a 20 dollar order and they completely lie about this and say it did not happen. We saw roaches in the lobby and young children working both the kitchen and the cash register both adults in there are rude and ignorant.

My experience this time was definitely not the greatest. While everything was correct one our order the food this time was not up to par. Our egg rolls were still doughy on the ends and not fully cooked. Will be looking for another Chinese restaurant.

Only pay with cash! Their kids they got in there cooking and taking orders just ran my credit card 11 times and don’t seem to care to help. Even though I showed him the charges were coming from my bank not pending! They wouldn’t stop charging! So far $248! PAY WITH CASH I WONT BE GOING BACO!

When I called in my order at china one they say 10 min I have never had a problem and they was terrible today. The lady was licking her fingers after food was on them, dropped a egg roll on the floor and still fried it, I understand some places we don’t see what is going on but it was ridiculous!!! Never going back there!

This used to be my favorite Chinese food in Plant City even when the new places near by opened up. But in the past couple of years the food quality has been in decline. My wife gave up eating here years ago. I pulled a long black hair out of my mouth once a while back. Gross., I sense a sadness in the heart of this place. My stepson just bought fried rice today and the quality has not improved. There wasn't any meat to be seen in the rice and it doesn't reheat well. Sorry to say I'm joining my wife on this place.

Best in plant city, their food is delicious and there are kind. The prices are ok and they are quick.

Food is always great here. The owner is really nice. Can’t ask for too much. Never have any issues when picking up or ordering food here!

Most people are picking up, so it seems like order and leave is the best option. I enjoyed the food at home, and would try calling in another time.

Great food for great value, we spent around $60 here and was given enough food to last for 6 meals, without a doubt an awesome bargin, and it did not take long at all to get my food, hot and ready! There ARE tables to eat at, but I 100% recommend take-out if you have more than 3 people. It's a small family run establishment and there is not much room, but you can tell the place is well cared for, with some cute drawings made by the daughter to indicate store hours or private tables. Support this local business!

Horrible food, do not eat here. Their kitchen is dirty and they have no food safety standards. This sad excuse for food made my whole family sick. Stay away ! This was a waste of 40 dollars.

Staff is rude . Got my order wrong. I was charged for someone else meal after I repeatedly told them the order was under “Davis”. The rice was nasty and they didn’t give me shrimp but charged me for it. First and last time coming to this place next time I’ll wait for 813 Chinese to open. What a waste of $14. If I could give ZERO stars I would .

Had lunch here yesterday and the food was by far atrocious. The oil they cooked fried rice in was burnt. I was extremely disappointed that I had gotten the quart thinking I'd have some for lunch today but, I wouldn't even give it to my dogs. Will never go there again!

As a person with severe food allergies, I appreciate their awareness about what I can/cannot eat. What I can eat is DELICOUS!

The food is good, I've been going there for years but the service is lacking. The woman that runs the place tends to be a little bit rude.She doesn't seem very happy.

Not to mention when i came back to return the food i noticed there was RAT droppings underneath the table i wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog. The worst food i’ve ever tasted in my life. I had the for got to take pics. Of the spare ribs lunch special but it spare ribs musta be cooked the day before. My Mom was not pleased at all. I order a large shirmp fried rice with Xtra shrimp and eggs. I got a large box of hard rice with bout 8 miniature shrimp and 1 egg. Will NEVER go there again

Must do Deep Clean of restaurant ceiling fan also decorations dusty..this could be done on day you are closed for business small things. Also you should be ready to service customers when you open NOT tell them you just Opened wait for cash machine to warm up.. Be in before you open to set up and start preparing for your business.

Food was delicious and piping hot just the way I like it. Very satisfying and flavorful
