I couldn’t give a 0 star for this place so one star it is, I lived there for almost two years(two years in October). I lived in a three bedroom two bathroom on the second floor. Things were fine at first and it was nice to live in a newly renovated apartment. Except I didn’t get to see the apartment until the day I was moving in because it hadn’t been cleaned and wasn’t ready. Well it went downhill from there. I had to call the leasing office several times to come fix stuff, such as the sliding glass door(because you couldn’t open it). To little things, like the garbage disposal stopped working several times, the A/C float switch kept going off because it was full to having the duct work cleaned out because their was mold on the vents. The maintenance crew were nice until they had to keep coming out to my apartment to fix things. The supervisor even called me and my husband shady and made sure to let our neighbors know not to hang out with us. Free garages were given out to renters free of charge and their were people on the waiting list. Traffic was awful, police stayed in the complex and it was trashy as people couldn’t open the door to the dumpster and throw their trash away so it blew everywhere. What they charge people for rent is ridiculous, and they up the rent when you renew your lease. Madison park road is by far the worst apartment company ever!

We’ve been living here for 8 years now and we love it. Anytime there is an issue we can rest assured it will be taken care of promptly. The office staff is always helpful. The grounds are well kept. I would love to see them sand and paint the stairwell handrails but that’s a minor thing. We had major issues with the A/C at one point and John was always there to figure out the issues. Although it was one thing after another with it he always got us back up and running in no time. The office staff and maintenance team are on point!

Buying a house this month so unfortunately leaving this complex but my stay has been so awesome. Office staff are so wonderful when I call about any questions they are always so quick to respond. Thankful for everything ms. Kylie and Angel have done to keep things running as well as the maintenance are quick to respond and always super polite. The only thing that sucked was it is kind of a long wait to get a garage unit but that's no ones fault and maybe put another dumpster on property but I would 10/10 live here again. The atmosphere is calm and clean and when you have questions or any issues with your apartment things are dealt with immediately so would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment

I called maintenance emergency n john called me right back! He was gonna come over at midnight, but instead I told him walk me through the steps… we fixed it enuf to get ac on, he had Francisco come over first thing in mornin, cleaned out issue n it was fine! Great job 👏 john n Francisco!! 😃🤩

Beautiful place! Staff and maintenance were really friendly. Megan was very sweet and answered all of our questions. Overall good experience!

Me and my husband and my daughter just moved in here and we love it here. It’s very clean and the stuff here are very nice and friendly. And the maintenance are very friendly and nice to and do what you ask them to do and they stay on top of everything here.💯🙌🏽

Hands down my favorite apartment. Maintenance was my favorite. I'd put a request in and they would show up the same day or the next morning. Always got the job done. Had some trouble with the aa/c the entire stay but maintenance always did their best to fix it. When I first moved in the oven wasn't working and so they replaced it and I ended up getting a new one. FAST!! Office staff were friendly and on point. So sad that I had to leave and move closer to my family. I sure will miss this complex and definitely recommend it to anyone.

The maintenance team was very responsive and was willing to resolve additional issues in the apartment. The attention is much appreciated. Excellent job!

Once again, Maintenance is 5 star. They are always prompt, friendly and do it correctly the first time. Francisco is wonderful. I know it's hot and miserable outside, and you guys deal with a lot. It does not go unnoticed and you are appreciated!!!

I cannot say anything bad about this lovely community. The staff is amazing, the apartments are very well maintained. Maintenance team very professional and prompt whenever needed. sad to be leaving here due to work relocation. Absolutely recommend living here!

These apartments have nice roadside appeal, a lovely pool area with cabanas and a nice grill, an area with hammocks and room to hang out with the family, they have security surveillance at night and the office staff is always arranging community events with food trucks or free gifts. It is a wonderful place to live and I have recommended it to other family members too.

We stayed here for 7 mos. Our home insurance covered the rental expense while our home got repaired from Hurricane Ian. Pleasant community and clean. There is 1 area to drop off your garbage and I got use to it. It keeps raccoons and cats away.... The staff do a great job keeping the community clean and safe. Keep it that way for other families to enjoy for years to come!

Stephanie was great showing the property to two possible tenants. Truly appreciated her genuine care and smile after my long day of work. She waited patiently for both tenant to arrive and showed us what we needed to see.

The maintenance team here is honestly amazing! They show up in a timely manner and are always so kind and helpful!

Pleasant area, nice neighbors, pretty quiet (the occasional train whistle never bothered me). My only issue with the complex was the lack of parking. I would occasionally need to park far down the street to find a spot to park.

I appreciate that the air conditioning was fixed when I got home in the evening. The thermostat no longer climbs to 80° in the evening. And the two light fixtures had new bulbs. Thanks for doing a great job!

It was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful IAM definitely want to rent the apartment that was showing to me I want to talk or come in tomorrow if is okay to speak to o Megan if possible I have call two days to go or speak with someone ,I was talk tha she will be there Monday , Hope I can see her to talk to her. the kitchen faucet was replaced and now there is no problem. the flushing in the small bathroom occurred 2 times after they were here but now it seems to be fine

Very smooth and easy move in. The staff in the office was very helpful and keep me updated about everything.

The overall experience was pretty great. Office staff and maintenance team were fantastic. The only issue I can say I had was that the gate was broken for almost a full year, allowing a stalker to get in and stalk my family whenever they wanted. There was also 2 shootings within a month of each other that I believe could have been avoided if the gate worked. And when I asked on the website what was going on with the gate situation, my question was denied by the moderator and never posted. All that being said, if the price hadn’t gone up $200 each renewal I probably would’ve stayed. But it was just too expensive.

Kyleigh was so nice, super helpful and patient with me through all my questions even while my 2yr old was being…well, a 2yr old.

The water quality is horrible and smells funny. You can not drink it. The fence in the back is broken. No one picks up the dog feces.

Easy application process, and loved the app for maintenance requests. No sooner would I submit a ticket for a minor repair and they were there! Every.Time. The maintenance crew and office staff were always helpful. Quiet complex. Friendly residents. Safe area for families, children and/or pets. Very well maintained. If I need another apartment in PC, I would rent here again without hesitation. Five stars!

I’ve lived here since 2017 and it has been great. It’s quiet, no noisy neighbors, no crime, no last minute inspections, nothing. They communicate in a clear and precise manner and are super patient. If I ever need anything or don’t understand something they’re always there to explain and help the best they can. I’ve never encountered an attitude from a single person that works here. I’ve literally called Erin and Kyleigh repeatedly in one day over different things when I was changing buildings and they are always so kind. The office staff are professional and courteous at all times and make sure everything runs smoothly here. The maintenance crew are THE BEST. They respond immediately no matter the time of day, they go out of their way to make sure everything is working properly and taken care of. Especially John and Armand (I dunno if I’m spelling that correctly) they are such dedicated, hard workers and always go the extra mile. The complex is always clean and taken care of. I’ve lived at other apartments in Plant City and Madison is my all time favorite.

Resident from 2018 to 2020. This was one of the best managed complexes I've lived in. The office staff is always friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond to needs. The management company keeps up with the property. While I lived here they resurfaced the pool area, worked on leveling sidewalks for safety, trimmed trees, replaced the roofs on every building, & pressured washed and painted all the buildings. They definitely work hard to keep the grounds beautiful and everything well functioning for the residents. Very dog friendly community. There is a nice park with a track, soccer field and baseball field right behind the complex.

Aaron was knowledgeable and polite. He showed us the model with no hesitation. He gave me and wife all the information we needed. Thank you Aaron for all the help.
