Worst experience from any Taco Bell I’ve ever had. The lady at the window was very rude. The limited time meal came with a large drink and she said they only had mediums and then yelled that’s all I would get. And then I asked for a bag and she said they didn’t come with a bag. Is this serious? I’ll be talking to the manager in the morning. PIt’s only like 5 min away. Please please please PLEASE go to the redman Taco Bell. This place needs to get its stuff together.

We got the taco Family pack of 10 soft & hard tacos they were horrible the meat was disgusting. My daughter got the nacho supreme she got home home and threw it all up. I tried one of the nachos with everything on it that she ordered. It tasted like soap the meat tasted nasty like something out of a can and it looked like mush . Also ordered the Big Beef Burrito and the several layers burritos. I don’t know what has happened with this chain of food but you’re better off making this yourself at home. We will Never go back there Nor do I recommend it to anyone. My Daughter actually works in a restaurant. That serves nacho supreme that’s where we get ours now

Service was slow and terrible. Soda tasted like syrup/water blend needed to be recalibrated. And food was lousy. Gordita and taco weren't even 1/2 filled. And food was made by a manager. Will avoid this location in the future.

After ordering from the drive thru, I went to check my order before leaving the parking lot. Not only were items missing, they didn't even bother to wrap up the food. Every time I come to this location they mess up the order. The staff lacks personal pride and work ethic. Don't bother coming here, just drive down the street to Chick-Fil-A or Burger King.

This location has great customer service. We come here 2× a month and they always get our order right, never crazy busy. Managed well.

Decent food, we ordered at the kiosk and they didn't give us one of our items but corrected it shortly after. The food wasn't great but it wasn't bad I enjoyed my meal.

This location can't get a simple order correct if their lives depended on it. I've lost count of how much I've lost here. Sadly its the closest location to my job and I don't have time to go back and have them fix it.

Terrible job. Ask for a crunchy taco with the crunch wrap, they only want to give me a soft taco with just cheese. Why you working there? Go home. Bad customer service all the way around.

This place was crazy busy when we were there, We sat at the bar. The bartender was amazing given the pressure she was under. Only complaint...please wash the bar in between customers. Food was good given the amount of people there. We will try again!

Menu changes frequently. I find it easiest to order online if you have a complicated order or need to make changes. I also find it easier to order online for those hard to get legacy menu items.

This location is always so friendly and it’s so clean !! We love coming here . Every time we do it’s always nothing but friendliness! Tonight there was a slight misunderstanding with our order but with no questions asked they were happy to fix the issue ! Thanks guys for Being so awesome . Kindness never goes unnoticed . ☺️

Ordered with Uber Eats and paid to deliver right away 2.50 more. Food was so fresh and good it reminds our family of the Taco Bell from our childhood

Not easy to park or find the entrance. Food was good. Mobile order took a while to get made. Need better workflow in place.

Ordered take out. Paid for double meat on crunch wrap supreme. Did not have double meat, dud nit have crunch, did not have tomatoes, sour cream or cheese. Had very little lettuce. Such a disappointment. Asked for hardshell tacos, got soft. Bean burrito okay.

Self order stations it's a hit or miss. , employee made sure all items were accounted for. Food taste good, just tiny portion not a full serving, becoming typical with fast food.

The team really did a good job. I know it's fast food, but you can tell when the workers care. They did. Thanks night shift! 8/7/23 to be precise.

Hashbrow was super hard. Was not good at all. The lady at the window was super nice. Wasn't her fault at all. She was fast and a sweetheart.

Rgm letting dashers steal orders and then wont remake for customers. Multiple orders canceled. Very sad customer service. The rgm acts like she dont habla ingles so she dont have to speak to customers. Dinning room is always dirty. I spent 30 dollars on 3 boxes n they forgot one thing out of each box. Horribe service!!!!!

I'm not sorry cause y'all know good & damn well them taco's do not be looking like that thumbnail. Especially when you sliding through the drive thru ordering. 😅

After the one on James L Redman decided to be horrible I figured I'd go to this one but that was an even worse mistake. Why, because I watched the 2 people before me get their orders taken and then the girl comes on the speaker and says " I'm sorry, we're updating our computers at the moment so we can't take anymore orders." Really, cause you just took 2 orders. Absolutely horrible customer service. Should just put up a sign that says "not serving everyone cause we don't care about customers or doing what we get paid to do."

Just opening my Taco Bell Grande order to find my plate with more than half of my nachos missing; mind you, I picked my order personally; so no delivery driver or anything can be blamed for this. Not only that, but each time I come over the nachos are always extremely salty (unlike the TB on Redman), and I’m always missing an item or two. Worst Taco Bell around

This is the best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. They always get the order correct and the food quality is stellar!

I asked if they had the Chicken Gordita Supreme and the girl said yes. When I got to the window I clarified again. When I got my order it was something else. I told her I asked for the Gordita Supreme and she told me they don’t have any such thing. I asked for my money back and they were annoyed I asked for my money back and the person at the register said I ordered the wrong thing and now want my money back. When I gave them my card back to refund me they actually charged me again and then refused to give me a receipt because they don’t know how to tear a receipt off of the machine and jammed it up. I told them I needed it as proof I was getting my money back. They refused to get it until I had them call a manager. The manager was so rude and was yelling at me through the phone while I tried to explain the situation. They kept saying “oh she doesn’t trust us that we are going to take her money….” I called my bank while sitting right there in the drive thru and my bank told them it was double charged and they still refused to believe it and acted like I was being difficult. Finally the manager asked how I wanted the refund processed and I said I would like cash back since I don’t trust them not to double charge me again. She yelled into the phone that wasn’t an option so I asked her why did she tell me to pick then. It was a terrible experience. I did end up getting most of my money back. This has always been a good location but the one girl said they have new managers.

Pretty good...It would be great if the Mexican Pizza was back and if this particular location didn't run out of ice all the time.

I ordered a mexican pizza (because they were back)when i took a bite out of it. Meat tasted expired and threw it away. After i couldnt get my appetite back for a week. I should of suued....

Got the new grilled cheese burrito and asked to make it spicy and was charged for it but when I got home and started eat I realized they didn’t put any jalapeños on either of our burritos. Was very good still without it but make sure to check your food before leaving cause they miss the little details. They be sure not to forgot to charge u!!!!!

Wasn't bad it's bad but that's why we call it taco hell. Gotta be frito with no beans Is more cheese and lettuce than beef.

This restaurant is very clean very friendly staff and Speedy service great prices and all around just a good place to go eat fast food

Stopped here for supper to eat on the way back from Busch Gardens. Ordered a selection of burritos for the family but everything was the same, not even sure what is was! It was ok, just not what we ordered.

Well, it's Taco Bell, with overpriced, Taco Bell faux Mexican food. We ate there today, because that's where my wife wanted to go. Taco Bell food isn't bad, but it isn't good either.

Staff was extremely courteous polite helpful and friendly and I would recommend that everyone goes to the Taco Bell on Baker Street Over The Taco Bell on James L Redman Pkwy

I spent $11 for a burritio supreme meal. The meal included the burrito, a taco and a drink. It's a terrible deal!! The burrito was probably the size of the taco and had a fraction more of the fillings, plus I added $.50 for additional ingredients! I will not be returning because I can get more and better quality for my money at any locally owned and operated Mexican restaurant in Plant City!

My experience was very much like how you would expect a professional business working in the food chain to be. Service was fairly quick, order was correct and employees were respectful. All in all it's a good place to stop and grab a bite to eat.
