    $8 for a salad and this is all I get.?? Pathetic. They forgot the chicken in it, only 5 cranberries, 4 small chunks of apple, but gave me 4 packets of pecans 🙄. This location has been plagued with management and personel problems lately. I will avoid Wendy's for awhile hopefully they will sort it out.

    Managements lack of any sort of professionalism is utterly reprehensible. I made the mistake of wasting my time by scheduling an interview here. My interview was scheduled at 9 AM, I arrived at 8:30, only to be told by the staff that the hiring manager wouldn't be arriving until 4 PM, and that I could come back at any time past then. So I did, I came back at 4:30, only to be told to my disappointment that the hiring manager STILL wasn't there, but she would be there soon, and that I could wait in the lobby. Keep in mind, that I wasn't the only person there for an interview. She finally arrives 20 minutes later and doesn't address any of the people there to be interviewed. She goes in the back for another 20 minutes. Finally, she starts interviewing me, and less than five minutes into it, someone calls her name from the kitchen. Without saying anything to me, she got up from the table and walked into the back. How people like this exist baffles me, but I've learned that there's a limit to how much benefit of the doubt you can give people. And I hope that the person I'm referring to can grow not only as a person, but as a professional.

    I ordered in my mobile app because it was raining and I had my 3 grandchildren. I chose drive thru as my choice to pick up my order. I let them know I had a mobile order and they tell me all mobile orders have to come inside. I said I chose the driver thru option on my mobile app and you are telling me I have to come inside? They said yes. Needless to say I was very upset about this. They gave me an extra frosty but this did not help solve this majorly wrong situation.

    I go there quite frequently maybe 4 times a month because it’s a quick cheap and easy meal. earlier today my boyfriends step dad and his uncle went there they asked for the baconator but with a pretzel bun the employee told them they don’t know what he was talking about so he explained and they got rude and he said damn out of disappointment. the Employee proceeded to “ban” them from the store because he was disappointed about the sandwich. what world do we live in where someone gets disappointed and goes to leave and you’re banned from a store. they were not disrespectful to the employees there they understand and were about to be on there way. completely weird!

    Was pretty good in my opinion,i was satisfied with the food and the service i ordered the baconator and it was really good definitely recommend you grab one at Wendy's.

    Passing through Plant City decided on Wendy's, slowest response from a drive thru ever.( No, they were not busy at all, btw I used to work for them ( a Wendy's , when I was a teen and took pride in my job and our team wouldn't let trash go out to customers). The food was cold and old. Disgusting, I didn't eat it. One bite and spit it out. Glad I only got a kids meal, yikes 😬. Waste of money. Should have stopped at 7-Eleven, Circle K, anywhere else. I'm tired of being ripped off at these places. Avoid this place.

    I was dining in Wendy’s last Thursday with my husband and children and there was an older black women screaming as loud as she could at the other employees telling them what to do, I honestly felt bad for them and when they didn’t do what she wanted she would yell about how she was just going outside to smoke. I feel like everytime we come in there that this women is screaming at the other employees but this last time was really horrible and Wendy’s shouldn’t hire these kinds of employees at their stores.

    Placed my order in Drive Thru, I spoke slow and clear and tried to explain my order to employee. She responded with sarcasm and assured me she understood, claimed she had been working there 18 years… When I reached window and she took my card… was never told a price (luckily saved receipt) My meal was incorrect and double the price of what was expected. This was the day before Thanksgiving and two before pay day so it overdrew my account and when zi asked for a cash refund they denied it. So now I have a negative card balance that wont be refunded on a holiday… Next time try to do a better job. There wont be a next time for me.

    Need better outdoor lighting entering and exiting. Food was fresh and coke Freestyle beverage area lacked choices. Easy ordering on mobile app was a smooth experience.

    Drive thru at 5:20 PM, Fri, April 14, said "Our system is down and we can't take any orders". This is the fourth time in a year that various fast food drive thru have said this, after 50 years of this never happening before. Fast food management needs to pay attention because I suspect employees are quiet quitting.

    It was BS we had to sit there and wait in line a good 30 minutes while the manager was just standing there talking to a friend of hers out front while her workers were trying to do everything they could and get everybody out not to mention they didn't even have bacon for my junior bacon cheeseburger 🍔. I have never been to a more disappointing Wendy's. I would rather pay the higher prices and go to Sonic that is right next door

    Worst Wendy's ever!!! The lobby was warm at best, there were flies lots of them. The food was cold, the nuggets were soggy, and the fries were nasty. Quite a few people behind the counter not sure if they were actually working. Ordered through the mobile app, and it took 20 minutes.

    It's fast food, it is what it is. But don't come here unless you're ready to wait in line for 20-30 minutes, even when they're slow. Been an ongoing problem for a long time now. Having some experience in fast food (key word there is fast) I have no idea how everyone there hasn't been fired simply because it's been a problem for so long. Everyone has slow nights, I get that. But it's every. single. visit.

    Drive thru was executed flawless by the nice young man working. The food was tasty yet my order was NOT correct. However it wasn't bad considering it was late night & I actually didn't have to wait forever.

    Food was great as always, and staff was very friendly. However, the floor was very slippery and greasy throughout the entire building. The bathrooms were in bad shape as well. Overall, would return again to this location but most definitely would like to see some more care done to the building itself.

    Black hair, bangs and glasses. That’s all I need to say. Hiring this new girl was the best thing this location has ever done. She’s so well mannered, fast paced, such a fantastic listener and has a rare work ethic you cannot find anywhere else in Plant City, FL!! Love this addition to the Wendy’s family and would love to see her evolve.

    My daughter likes stopping there and getting their honey butter chicken biscuit. It’s pretty good for breakfast there pretty quick through the drive-through people are friendly.

    Employees are complete idiots . Waited in drive thru line for fifteen mins. The speaker box wasn’t working so I drove up to the window only for them to say they can’t take my order and I have to go back through the line. But if the speaker box doesn’t work and there is no one out there to take your order, how would going back through the line make sense?? If the drive thru speaker isn’t working then put a sign out or have someone out there to let people know

    We don't usually use the drive through but that was our option this time. We opted to take our meal home to enjoy. Our order was hot, correct and delicious. The drive through servers were quick and polite.

    They've gotten faster with their drive thru service. Fries 🍟 used to be awesome but have taken if their throne 🤴. They don't seem to have any salt 🧂 Sometimes are not crisp and will just fold over the are so undercooked 😳😵‍💫. They are better at getting special orders correct now. Like adding a,d,c and not having x,y,z. The flavor is still great in the burgers. And now they have a strawberry 🍓 Frosty which is quite Yum!!

    Wendy's........🤔 Fast & Friendly I almost always use the drive-thru being I trust my order is given just as it was received. Customer service is top-notch, the staff are always friendly, helpful if need be, they get me in and out with a smile. Overall, it's one of the best Wendy's locations around. Thx a heap!

    I will be calling corporate because the service I got last night made me not even want the food anymore and I had to feed my child. It started off poorly as soon as I got to the speaker when Sherry said “we’ll be with you in a moment hopefully!” And then continued with a rude attitude my whole time didn’t even want to tell me my total and just stared at me like she wanted me out of the line. If I could give zero stars I definitely would

    The 3 hamburgers that were on my Baconator sandwich were dry and there was very little bacon on the sandwich. Bacon is what makes it a Baconator. - The chili didn't taste like the same chili recipe that I've eaten at other Wendy's restaurants for forever in the past.

    Fast friendly service.hard to find a dine in Wendy's most restaurants have drive thru only the one on 92 sucks I will never go there again waited in drive thru over 30 min and when I got home my fries were burnt not extra crispy BURNT. But this one was good.

    Quick service through drive through even though they were busy. Accurate order and believe it or not the 2nd window was actually smiling. You dont see much of that these days. Enjoyed the visit! Have fun Wendy's crew!!!
