Thought I would eat something before going grocery shopping. Otherwise, I'd buy out the store. I had the 6 inch Roast Beef on Wheat. White American Cheese, topped off with the veggies I like. They have inside dining and curbside pickup. You can place your order online for pickup or dine in there. The dinning area is kept very clean. Tables and chairs are cleaned after each customer has left. Sub prep area is kept very clean and all staff wear masks. Plexiglass is in place for your safety and health, as well as theirs. Friendly employees.

The only reason I'm giving it a 5 is for Pam she was a great employee. She go beyond what she is required. It sucks the store manager don't care about her employee. She will get mad if you call out if you have covid . She only cares about her self . But Pam is great

Pam up front was AMAZING! super sweet made my day to have someone so genuinely kind and caring. Give her a raise ! It was so refreshing visit! 7/5 stars!

Worst customer service ever this place has employees who are outside of the store smoking and not doing anything they look at you waiting to be attended and they don’t even care then they walk pass you still waiting and go to the back and act like they do not see you waiting still Needless to say I left after ten minutes of waiting to be attended to They need to hire people who want to do actual work

I'm consistently disappointed by Subway. But the sandwiches we got seemed to have about half the meat you would expect, even from Subway. Definitely not worth the prices they charged.

I didn't eat there this morning 8/17/23 but I got off work at 4am and stopped bc of car issues and had to use the men's room and that bathroom was disgusting! Management needs to make sure an employee checks and cleans that restroom at least every hour.

Ladies were very helpful. Fast pace environment, but they did very well. Good job

Maybe the worst subway on earth. First time I ordered via the app, they didn’t send and drinks I tried calling and nobody would answer. The second time I ordered 3 subs, there was one layer of meat on the “sandwich”. It was all bread. Very few ingredients. So don’t order online from here for sure. Make sure you watch them put the proper amount of ingredients.

This location has really improved. Ms. Donna knows us well now, and greets us with a smile. I feel like she's the only one there many times, so they may need some more help. She's always* there. But Ms. Donna does a great job, is kind, friendly, and she should be protected at all costs :)

The night shift lady made some of the best subs I have ever had. Can’t thank you enough!

Stopped here to get gas and a sandwich but after visiting the men's room I said hell no. Can't dine at a place where the bathroom is that disgusting! Went to Arby's next door.

Lady was buy her self today and said that she was going to quit her job because lack of help, no manager to be found. Horrible language being used in with my son in there with me. Terrible experience.

I had to wait for the worker to come back into the store. Then, I was told the drink machines were out and that I should take the cup and go into the convenience store next to the Subway to get the drink because (as she stated it) I'm sure they won't say anything. I don't think I'll go back to this particular store.

The ladies there are hands down hard workers all of them be putting in some time on that clock! Some of them work well over 40+ hours a week. Don't be shy with that tip jar when coming through there

I'm giving 0 stars the location, but I'm giving 5 stars the kind lady who helped me; her name is Ms.Iris. I went into the Subway on Park rd and I4 to get me and my kids some breakfast this morning. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting patiently and quietly for someone to come out and greet us. And just before I walked out the door this little, tiny old woman about 80 years old comes around the corner carrying trays of food in her hand to be put out for fresh sandwiches. Moving slowly, she took our orders and helped us check out. I gave her a cash tip and put it directly in her hand and just before I went to leave, I said to her, "Now don't work too hard!" That's when she had told me that she had been there since 9:30 last night (it was 9:45 in the morning). I turned around and I said " Excuse me? You've been here for twelve hours?" She said " Yes ma'am I have. All of my coworkers have called out. I'm hoping my coworker that's scheduled for 11am can come in so I can leave." My hope is that she leaves whether that person comes in there or not. I also hope the right person can see this post and bless her in some way. Btw, her name is Iris.

I thought this was new steak. It wasn't the greatest. On top of the bread that tasted pretty stale. Quite disappointed. Not as expected.

Unbelievably slow, the nice ladies were doing their best, but not able to keep up with a lunch time crowd... I have a finite amount of time to get lunch, in an area with several choices... this won't be a choice...

Worst experience ever, extremely slow employee and rude. Did not care she was moving super slow taking breaks while people was waiting just a horrible experience. Please talk to this employee they need a more way more slow environment or maybe retirement.

Awesome place to eat at. The breads, meats and cookies are always 💯% fresh. I highly recommend everyone to eat at the Subway in Plant City on Park Rd off the I-4.

One employee the guy making sandwiches and the older lady in the back on her cell phone on speaker all of us customers can hear her conversation about her laundry. Instead of helping her coworker this is what she is doing in view of the customers. Attached pic of receipt to show I was in your store.

I ordered a chicken sub and it came with just only the vegetables no chicken at all I’m really disappointed right now!
